The ground
Where the stars become
Visible
Under that special moon
In the
For me and you
It all about us
Perfection of love
You are my lover
A special , special place
What ah lovely jesture
You and I togethers

If Humanity Is Connected, Then Why Is It So Far Apart

We speak of threads that bind us tight,
An unseen web in the silent skies,
Yet faces pass, like ship's at night
Each heart beating, but each alone.

Beneath the stars, a shared expanse,
Yet we retreat, we miss the chance
To bridge the void with a learned hand,
To build a fire, to understand.

Words like whispers drift away,
Unheard cries that break the day.
The distance grows though none have moved—
A chasm wide, by fear improved.

If hearts are linked, why then the ache,
The fractures forming where we break?
We long for love, yet fear the heart.
And so remain so far apart.

Oh, let us dare to mend the thread,
To weave together what's been shed,
And find the closeness we once knew,
A world made whole, both old and new.

To everyone I loved so far

Sure, here is the corrected version of the poem:

---

To everyone I loved so far:

"Why do people, when they break up, never talk to each other ever again? Like when they just break up to live separately?"
"Why do your crushes hate you after you recover? After you stop loving them? Why did it all end up messy?"
"How should I know?"
"In your inner self, I know you know."
"What? Because I love too much? Because I love to show that I love or care about them? When I love them, everything they do inspires me and I want to show them how important they are."
"That is what makes people uncomfortable."
I sighed.
"It's not my fault that our society can't accept someone giving them love. When they do, they think in one minute it's meant romantically. I've always been a kid sharing love."
"Maybe they felt bad?"
"Bad so they cut off communication? Yup, sure."

So Close - So Far

My spirit frost bitten
yet still the river flows
Mercy on the distant bank
my fate caught in between
Wishes drift across the ice
but this side holds me fast
Deliverance oh so very near
— in sight beyond my reach

A Land So Far Away

In a land so far away,
Lost in dreams of other days.
A young man looks out over this vast land,
He thinks of all here before him and understands.
Understands the pride, the promise, the essence of what has to be,
He has known for sometime was part of this family's history.

The young girl he had loved from so long ago,
Has grown into the woman who has captured his heart and his soul'
Together against all the will find their place in this family's history
They will keep the promise to her granddaddy,
The promise to make the Yellowstone part of Montana's history

The Morning Rise
Horizon view
So far
Exercise walk
Breathing in nature’s air
Nothing ever compares
Embracing it all in care
So far
Miles upon miles
Thinking opinions while
Birds chirping
The sound of life
Living with a purpose like advice
So far
Distance beyond that one can only imagine
Observation is the knowledge
The skies with their wonder
Just look up and let them educate the mind
So far
Feeling refreshed and confident
Energized with endurance
The walk extended in assurance
Ready for chores
So far so good
So far.

So Close So Far

My ambitions elitist
reality bourgeois
My palate continental
taste buds still raw
My ambition ennobled
vocation unhailed
My reality sordid
—future travailed

Not So Far Away

i want to
not feel lonely
not so far away

i want to
think of her
not so far away

i want to
see her beauty
not so far away

i want to
be with her
not so far away

i want to
kiss her lips
not so far away

i want to
hold her tight
not so far away

i want to
love her
not so far away

i want to
but none
of this
is possible

so far away

So Close Yet So Far Away

Us meeting it was by chance - a happenstance
a crowded place, me sitting absorbed in the cathode ray blue of my phone
you sit a close distance away
"you like the show?... It's my favorite"
never again thought I could be this
i'm drawn to you more and more each day
the sun rises and sets over you - every day I wish it to be longer than the last so I can spend more time with you
my light do not leave me -I carry you wherever I go
do not leave this door open, for it's a chance our love could walk away

Premium Member 32 Veterans Passed So Far

32 have taken their own lives.
Leaving behind, children, friends and wives
How much longer is this to go on
Devastating families is totally wrong

No person should get to this state
When they could just chat to a mate
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness
It's about sharing your bleakness

Other ways to cope with this mess
Admit that you are in distress
Learn about breathing, and using your senses
This will strengthen your defences

That black dog that sits on your shoulder
Let it know you were a soldier
You are strong and can't be beat
You are not ready for defeat

My ask is that  everyone shares
To show all affected somebody cares
This is not a massive ask
Go and see them take a flask

Sit down with a listening ear
Let them know you are here
Have a chat and make a brew
Chew the fat like you use too

Being beside them is really great
The true meaning of a mate
If you do this simple thing
You could stop heavens bar-bell  ring

Yet So Far

So close to Heaven,
so far from God
The gate still locked
—the devil nods

A soul once bartered,
forever sold
Its mine shaft empty
—mirage of gold

All reasons barren,
the empty fields
The seasons wanton
—bereft to yield

So close to Heaven,
so far from God
Redemption fleeting
—as hell applauds

A Brief History of Everything So Far

Life shoots up.
Blood was up.
Blood everywhere.
Single cell God's
blast off
from primordial mud,
sexual reproduction is tried,
a million years of experimentation
leads to **** and love
which is defined as life.
Baby God's fill up
unspeakable voids in the human heart
then quite by chance,
amoeba learn to plug into
the Universe,
blood becomes interconnected and digital
nanobots infiltrate, replicate - machines mate.
A metamorphosis, a miracle!

God loses interest.

So Close and Still So Far

Locating door D-75
Of a large colony on a drive,
At last close, ah D-74!
I must be right at destiny’s door.
But the next turns out B-68!!
What, lost at the very Pearly Gate?
So I felt midway through my poem—
Roots in air, hangs down to earth tree’s stem!

Old wisdom, the time turns when adverse,
I recalled oft-quoted holy verse
From Bhagavad-Gita’s holiest text
Talking of Tree of Life, but what next?
At wits’ end and left with not a clue,
You hope some divine help might rescue.

My Only Love Who Is So Far

I love you, or your face is still a thought.
As my perplexed mind feels safe when you are around.
This calmness serene moment answers my existence,
A walk uphill doesn't feel tiring anymore,
Your hand is like an antidote.
An anectode about you can fill my blank pages,
I am thrilled for those who would read about you after we are gone.
If world can't be perfect,
God can see you how you are,
the only exception he made so far,
One day my hands will not remain strong enough,
To save you from heaven's call,
Would I scream in agony,
Or become a co- passenger,
for our next innings in some other worlds,
So far.

Wish to see God but know not how
It’s said He is omnipresent
Why before idols, do we bow
Worship seems feeble sentiment

Weary earth life is a long grind
Wish to see God but know not how
How may we escape ego bind
Erasing worry on our brow

Show us the light, right here, right now
Making us self-luminescent
Wish to see God but know not how
Why eludes us, the joy current

Igniting inner sentience
Surrender, allow, feel bliss wow
Reclaim oh hermit, innocence
Wish to see God but know not how
