Poem Had Been Created
Poem Had Been Created

While you either did wonder or waited,
This is how my poem had been created;
Written down;
Wore a crown;
Now in your mind was currently situated.

How Awful With Trump
How Awful with Trump

How Awful with Trump we were affiliated;
What happened  we had been humiliated;
Making excuses;
Breaking truces;
In an uncomfortable position are situated.

By Trump Humiliated and Intimdated
By Trump Humiliated and Intimdate

Maybe by Trump are being intimidated;
Wherever we are uncomfortably situated;
Act on stage,
Latest rage;
Him as President have been humiliated.

Became Trump and Truncated
Became Trump and Truncated

What we should have done is sublimated;
With Trump again we became truncated;
We did consult;
Another insult;
Never ended up becoming safely situated.

The Position of the Caged Bird
(Chuckie Egg)

I was in love with the position of the bird,
With its location, was situated on the left,
Because it was the reason for the game yard,
And it caught your eye first, was not bereft....

Heavenly Chords
Appreciably great.
Exquisite.

I started moving closely
towards it
The new theatre
was situated quite farther
away.

I heard those peals
of melodious music
from the distance:

I woke up then
and realised
it was only
a dream....

God Cares
Never think God has abandoned you;
And you are all alone

If you are going through difficult time,
He want you to be strong

You are one of His precious creature,
In your broken heart is situated His throne

One day He will bless you with;
Whatever you want....

Exploding and Unloading
Exploding and Unloading

Ergonomics and energy are exploding,
And are all situated for an unloading;
Will occur,
Can endure,
While iron will be eroding and corroding.

Edge
I am situated precariously, poised to fall...
I'm at the finish line, or about to lose it all...
They say God has his plan for me,
and things will be OK...
I'm not sure that he thinks of me,
at least not every day...
I'm so close to the edge,
I can feel the winds of change...
After this ordeal is over,
I wonder what will remain......

Situated
situated… near the rudder of your soul a mist that makes me shudder down rivers depths where estuaries meet in strange whispers melting in my mouth… voiceless delicate shadows dancing on skylight innuendos sublime undressing your lines… I stumble and fall (for a muse who knows who he is) © Kim van Breda—23 May 2015

Poetry, a Type of Honesty
Drowning in memories
Counting to eternity
Throwing wishes at the stars
Getting over unrequited scars
I'm afraid to let go
Walking in the snow
My path illuminated
When my heart is situated

Soul pulsing in the cold
Everything around me
Begins to unfold
Running in a emerald lea
Diving into pages of poetry
On a quest to restart
Giving into reality
Honesty becoming art
A type of poetry....

Water Fountain Sculpture
multi-cultural mecca
Farmers' Market at the United Nations Plaza,
San Francisco

water fountain sculpture
misting through the
jazz audience at lunchtime,
during the weekday summer concert series

poetry gives me new eyes
situated right in front of my
heart ~ sigh

A wiley seagull bathing
under a pressure close to a full
blast, water sculpture mist curls my hair

And I forget the littered alley I walked through
a second ago...

The Black Pagoda
Situated in the state of Odisha,
It still glorifies India's ancient era.
It was dedicated to the Sun God Surya,
Being one of the wonders of India.
Built in the form of a gigantic chariot,
It's exquisite stone sculptures captivate us a lot.
Unfortunately the main sanctum collapsed,
And it's exact reason is still in dark.
Renovations are periodically done to keep it upright,
The temple is an UNESCO World Heritage Site!...

Your First Stare
is short-lived.
Deep.
Like a crypt
yet coherently-linked
with your windblown hair
strewn with rubberclips poly-carbonated.

Candid.
As a sneeze
yet non-allergenic.

On its last seconds,
its supremacy
situated along the alleys of lashes
tightly-knit my lips
as if all-perceiving:

blunt
as a snore

yet

casual
as a yawn

etched
on heart's core.

Be that as it may
as i hang endured
for its sequel......

Confusion
Up and down
My feet are no longer situated on the ground
I'm losing my focus
My minds a buzz of locusts
The world is spinning round
Up and down
Is the sky still blue?
Or has that changed too?
Is the grass still green?
That remains to be seen!
It's all just a blur
Full of doubt, I'm unsure
Up and down
Is this a smile or a frown
Nothing's the same
It's a whole new game
And yet life moves on
And the past is gone
Only the future remains...

Knight In Shining Armor
Knight In Shining Armor

Some girls have a hollow head
Situated somewhere about the shoulders
Air enters through one ear
Spins around to clear the cavity in there
Exits through the other ear
Some girls wait for the knight in shining armor
To fashion the wear into pots and pans
Others use the metals to sell at markets
Entitled to their money
Forget about the man
He can go about naked
Girls with hollow heads
Demand their share right now...

A World Away
I'm a world away from everyone
I love or I hold dear;
Yet still, I am delighted
To be situated here.

My usual routines are all
On temporary hold.
Each day is like a big surprise
Just waiting to unfold.

I'm breaking bread with strangers,
Both enlightening and fun.
Perhaps a few will turn to friends
Before the tour is done.

A world away's a perfect place
For anyone to roam,
As long as there's a ticket back
To those we left at home....

Responsibility
React to what needs to be done
Each and every passing day,
Showing up strong, in a big way,
Prepared to stand firm and not run.
Once you are put under the gun,
Never allow your fear to stay
Situated where you may lay.
Instead, make strength second to none.
Be responsible for your life,
If you want your life to be free.
Life can wound you deep like a knife,
If you choose not to pay your fee.
Take authority over strife!
You can be what you want to be....

A Pleading Call For My Leaders
My country is very strategic in nature
I'm asking for our leaders to act decisively
Make my country to be the center of business
My country is situated in the midst of Asian corridors
Let my country stand politically and economically
Free from foreign intervention and bad influences
My country is predominantly a Christian nation
Let God be the center of our people and nation
Leaders must act on immediate and long term solutions
Let my people love and care for my nation....

Premium Member What Constitutes Elite Status
I've never tasted life, as the elite, Nor been advantaged with copiousness; But I've reveled in success, And likewise, endured the anguish, And frustration of defeat; But still, I won't impugn, those, having thoughts That I've accumulated much; "For little, is much, when God is in it." For as, God has readied each day, He has situated me, with farish health, To continue plowing on; Perhaps this does infer, That just being, places me among them.
