Cousin
Are you highly offended?
You can go to hell.
I am coming as well....

Premium Member Glass Slipper
Cinderella had a shoe made of glass
Gave an opportunity too good to pass
The prince she wed
Mean sisters fled
Went from poverty straight to upper class...

Anxiety
My dad drinks beer in his angriest t-shirt, waiting
for me to prove my purpose, two doctorates
like scholarly wings to lift his ass
to the upper class, where
he will drink beer in his angriest t-shirt, waiting....

Literary Classes
The Lower class
Have people interpret the words for them.

The Middle class
Simply read with their eyes.

The Upper class
Do not read at all.
In fact,
They just stare at a blank page because
If you are rich enough,
You are the poem....

To She Who Must Be Obeyed
A very special love I craved
It just appeared I had not prayed
The upper class the highest grade
Back and forth with words we played
Sincere was my heart with commitment made
My thoughts and desires are daily paid
Hopes to please with eloquent praise
To the one who's feet my love I laid...

The Bottom of the Pile
The taxpayer,
is at the bottom of the pile,
or so it seems,
by the upper class style.

What will happen,
when they smother us to death,
then who will they call on,
to cover their debt.

We are not strong enough,
to carry this load,
why shouldn't they carry their own weight,
for the lifestyle they chose....

Premium Member Sweet Privilege
Sweet privilege;
seeing people fawn;
knowing the superiority of wealth,
and holding it close like a warm coat.

The 'not having to toady',
or to speak nicely to a boss -
she relished these and other moments
of her upper class.

Premium Member Safe Haven
Dark is home for this rogue Lioness,
still some monsters I can’t benchpress;
So I do whatever I can to survive;

The hunt can never really be over,
even while being courted by a lover;
Handsome he is at the foot of the bed;

Pretty words can persuade it’s true
that when needed he will shelter you;
Until you’re a weapon too hard to wield;

Snacking on the crust of upper class
similar to a kill in Serengeti grass;
I always protect my safe haven....

Different Strokes
In final exams scored zero:
Who drives The Cleanest Pajero;
The Guys ahead of him in class
Aware he is of Upper Class:
Enjoying financial morning
But after exams mourning...

Todd could with The Law have a brush
And a cop to hospital rush:
Bodyguards with exploding shots,
Richly paid but in agreed shorts...

Wishing to be like Todd A Gross:
Those who'd guessed they couldn't be Boss.
Life, forever, Different strokes;
The first lesson for all hurt blokes....

Premium Member OFF THE BALCONY - Anacreontic Couplets
Roses spread with lace garter;
Boutonnière and charter.
Green meadow eyes clung to lass.
Juliet was upper class.
A shepherd was he, with crook.
All gentle men, she forsook.
Under the willow, the wind
Warmed petals with no rescind.
Tempo was slow with his bride
Deep smile, a groom could not hide.
Underneath his ruddy beard,
“Reverie,” the garden cheered.
How lucky was a poor man
To find a robust woman.
Off the balcony she came.
Her shepherd, never the same.

Living Just To Die
Living just to die
Negligence rules
From the upper class

It prove is seen
Right on the lower class
Below the bottom

They have their world
Up there
So is difficult for them
To see us below

The power they posses
Is the source of the curse
Why till now they cant feel
The ones who holds
The pillars of that up lift them

Life is sad story
No wonder they create
A pillamid of class

Even when we live
Our life's are equal to just
Living just to die...

I Got Your Taxes
Our congress just loves to lament,
about waste when taxes are spent,
but say it ain't healthy
to tax raise the wealthy
so they tax those that can't pay rent.

Roads and the schools need maintaining,
from taxes I'm not abstaining,
while the poor live on beans
its the ones with the means
that are doing the complaining.

I choose a career that won't pass,
just anywhere near upper class,
but I'll make my dollar
with sweaty blue collar
The wealthy can all kiss my ass....

Premium Member Three Brothers We
Three brothers we, three brothers we; living together, within our tree. We’re raccoons who so, do love cheese; We do love brie, we do love brie. We don’t like nuts, they give us gas; and heaven forbid we eat yard grass, we are raccoons of the upper class; cheese please and fast, cheese please and fast. For cheddar, Cheshire, we will sing, had we a bell, for swiss we’d ring, oh the joy that cheese does bring; a wondrous thing, a wondrous thing.

A Dim Gathering
Right in front of you
Absinthe burns in flames
Burns down your will and purpose
Brings another catastrophe

But truth is only one

You are the upper class
For the poor liquor never pours
Your sorrow misleading
By laughter, dance and parties

But the truth is only one

We end up in a dim light
With empty bottles
And cold hearts
Frightened by silence

But the truth is only one

Another round will follow
With more on the table
Where absinthe
Will burn our will and purpose...
