The Bottom of the Pile

The taxpayer,
is at the bottom of the pile,
or so it seems,
by the upper class style.

What will happen,
when they smother us to death,
then who will they call on,
to cover their debt.

We are not strong enough,
to carry this load,
why shouldn't they carry their own weight,
for the lifestyle they chose.

I am hoping for change too. Sadly, it will not come over night. Right now your poem is so sadly spot on. I have hope and faith in our new leader, for without it, things look quite bleak. Love, Shar

Too many freeloaders, that are able to work. But why should they when everything is free. I believe in giving help, but like the old saying give him a fish, he'll eat for a day, teach him to fish and you know the rest, Great write F/F always, Ron
