My love has said it
true love never fade
But, why you have changed
your portrait to a poor treat
I liked the old and last one
If you seek mercy from above
For the suffering you endure
Treat pain like waters passing
That is moving and not lasting
A secretary who submits
To a job with side benefits
Soon tires of horseplay
And calls it a day
With chocolate-fudge banana splits
yes feat
to the meat
my part is white
i eat at night
not that day
this i can say
the meal is complete
IT A
THANKSGIVING TREAT

TREAT YOUR SELF
Form:
a piece offering
to she who slew the windmill
my senryu treat
friendship
empty as wasted thought
her worthiness
We treat impotence with a science,
And, we are proud of the results!
Twenty percent of our clients,
Were jailed for sexual assaults!
Trick or treat, sugar's sweet...
don't forget to brush your teeth!
If you don't, you'll soon care...
when the dentist pokes in there!
In the shifting air
the sweet scent of candy corn
candle wax burning
All doors are open
an ancient mystery lives
I bask in its glow
we will know peace when we treat each other as potential friends

Their 1:30 lunch—that is fine
But I’m there at 1:29
They said you're too late
With glee closed the gate
So I filed a protest online
Caressa Bulge came to our town
And looked superb in her nightgown
But to her surprise
A bulge did arise
Springing out as a tattooed clown
Melted chocolate filling
Chopped peanuts sprinkled
Scoop of vanilla ice cream
Crunchy and square treat
Cakey and fudgy
A brownie
Yum

Kalua pig and cabbage
Kalua means roast
Boil cabbage till mildly soft
Plus, the roasted pork
Add rice and just ‘grind’
means—Hilo
—'Eat'!
Just picture the gruesome scene
On the night of Halloween
When ghosts and ghouls do rule
With spirits free from school
And every face is green
Grab your eggs, vanilla, flour,
Butter melts inside the pan.
Chocolate beats creamy tan.
Heat up for an hour
Become a fan
of Brownies.

Just a simple bee
Making honey with his friends
Sweet nectar for toast
Very delicious in tea
Wondrous are the Honey Bees.
Pickles in jars both sour and sweet,
Tickle, fancy of all you meet.
Different shapes to see.
This means nothing to me.
Fickle pickles tickle complete.

My favorite treat is a double dip
butternut pecan and caramel chip
cone or bowl or split,
I don’t give a whit!
so much better if you don't let it drip!
I once had a ghost who came by
It didn't just stop to say "Hi!"
It said "Give me a treat"
From under it's sheet
But I wondered . . . was it a girl or a guy?
its a night of fun
where kids run
with a can
in hand
its part of this dream
get money and ice cream
as they go the beat
its call

TRICK A TREAT
Came to my door, a horrible ghost
Looking on it I was scared almost
To bring a treat, I went in
On return, it was not seen
The ghost was hiding behind the post
You’re my cotton candy treat: insubstantial but....oh....so sticky and sweet!
Eileen Manassian Ghali
Sticky...as in you stick to my soul....people! Get a grip!
The oak tree stands tall
with acorns falling to ground
no chance to root now
Squirrels run around
gather nuts for winters feast
life for life God's treat
