A Treat In Hilo

Kalua pig and cabbage
Kalua means roast
Boil cabbage till mildly soft
Plus, the roasted pork
Add rice and just ‘grind’
means—Hilo 
—'Eat'!

I was referencing the apostrophe word 'grind' meant eat, and being in /and Hilo /tagged as Hilo—means eat/.
