Slowly through the curtains
Night turns to day;
Illusive shadowed pictures
Evaporate and die;
Within inner images array
Captured--locked forever
In imagination,stay....

Put the rifle back

in that shattered bag,

don't want to forget

traumas from my hell.

Geysers in my soul

only need to explode,

watch me hike tonight

on my satellites....

Upward Path
In the dark wastelands
of my traumas, I see ahead
a path that leads to my
healing—

and in the far distance
of this upward path, I see
mountains of growth
awaiting my daring climb.

Give It To the Dead
Want to rid the traumas
Of your frown laden head?
Visit the cemetery,
And give it to the dead;

They seek not like mortals
In dented greedy urns,
Small favours once bestowed
That was done for returns.

Sleeping At the Foot of the Bed
Eider down comfort comfortably comforting
Distant imperceptible traumas unimaginable.
Feather pillow softly laid my head
As under a Mother Hen's wing
Unperturbable
But cold wood floors shock my soulless sole
From the foot of the bed.
Unconsolable....

Suffocating Thoughts
The lack of breath
Struggling
The touch of fingers
Choking

My bones are cold
Heart breaking

Where do we find the strength
To be strong
And to fight

Scars
Traumas
Fears
Living but not alive

How do we live
To ensure making the best of life?...

What struggles in the mind….

Pieces of life

left to inflict

left to inspire, hurt, heal, pain, love, forgiveness,

Life

Emotions

Games of the mind
Hopelessly living in childhood -

Traumas….

Make what you are today
With breakthrough healing...

Barter of a Kind
Do you wish to take a Sabbath
From this world of anguish and lie?
Go visit the cemetery
You will surely find one nearby.

There you can barter your traumas
For compassion and peace instead,
The living have learnt not this craft
It’s fine art harnessed by those dead.

Opening
We carry history's traumas,
Twisted threads of wounded story,
And yet we have survived

We have forgotten why we are here,
Our divine mission buried deep,
And yet we seek for the grail

We dwell between ideal and reality,
Brokenhearted and confused,
And yet ultimately awaken

In a moment of blinding light,
An eye opens, I open,
Ah!...

Epidermis covering
Different colours, freckles too
All the above is all of you

Virgin born from the womb
Wrinkled, will smooth out soon
In life it serves, protects us all
From many an impending fall

Traumas, bruises eventual scars
From falling down, or life's wars
So hail this special covering
Its our body canvas
We are in....

He/She are similar yet different in guises, genders, adapting to be reborn. Restoration from one's past traumas, hurts, deceit, disappointments, mental and physical abuse
is like tearing aways the peels from a onion or
a cut by a razor to masks that pain hoping it would fade away.
Seeking solace to recuperate to a better quality of restorative livelihood....

Marine
As his body slowly dwindles
His mind sharpens even more
But memories, they cloud his thoughts
Bringing back his time of war.
The doctors describe the causes
Brain traumas and distress
They say that it’ll get better
His life won’t always be such a mess.
But what they don’t know how to fix
What he can’t explain
Is that the battle in Iraq
was only the beginning of his pain....

Social issues affects many people from all walks of life.
A nation of destruction from past to present days from addictions, excess bank fees, church burnings and shootings, Covid 19, human trafficking, famine,, food shortages, childhood traumas, mental illness, no affordable housing, homelessness are the results of causes and effects of social issues beyond one’s control....

To My Void
Blood shot and swollen, my eyes open.
I am now awake, to face the world in turmoil.
I try in vain to organize my life.
Getting out of bed,
I travel the short distance between that
and the bathroom that I share with the other residents.
I look into the mirror and realize how life's traumas
has brought me nearer to my closure.
So I return to my room,
to my bed,
to my void....

Bastard of Babylon
Well here comes the Sun again
Guess the world desided not to end
The birds tell me it's time to see the light
But I can't seem to get
Over the
Traumas of the night
I head out but my heart stays home
And all I want is to
Be left alone
But the fire in my soul burns on
Telling me
Chase your throne
You Bastard of Babylon
Ooh so you
Better listen for the battle song
Kuz here come the
Bastard of Babylon...

Did I create these inner demons named traumas to one self? Disappointments, depression, abandonment, daddy issues, mommy issues, insecurities, rape of one’s mind, body and soul only to recreate these unhealed illusions that often comes and goes like the weather.

In my consciousness oftentimes one is told to let go and let a higher source take these burdens of traumas to be healed or set free one’s emotions of unhealed traumas....

Beneath the Folds
Beneath the folds within the brains
Of some of us exist remains
Of early traumas, tucked away
And if we’re lucky, there they’ll stay.

Yet if we aren’t, they’ll sneak through
And possibly provide a clue
To why some triggers make us snap
As if we’ve stumbled on a trap.

That knowledge, though, won’t be enough
To call that bottled genie’s bluff
For once he’s gone, it’s time to deal
With what his breakout does reveal.

A blanket of grief
covers the earth,
  “moaning’s”
from life-breathers;

So much loss-
the cycle of death,
seemingly endless.

Hope dwindles, but
we remember how,
having come through
similar traumas,
we can reach out-
holding “virtual hands”,
smiling into mirrors
of dim unknowns-

Our lights break forth,
  and “paired”,
we walk courageously
towards a distant shore
of safety and relief…

Safety
Safety is a rare commodity.
You can tell someone your traumas & triggers and they will still use them against you for personal gain to try to control.
Which can lead to physical abuse, if you call them out on their role.
If you aren't careful friends even family will use their mask to justify their treatment & why they take everything right down to your last set of clothes.
Always stay woke & remember some even close to us, wear that manipulative cloak....
