nights gone by and still,
Luna laments her lost love...

broken down from years of pain
tears still cling to cheeks
dripping icicles
melting from intensive heat
dubbed out by my hand
Flying
swiftly, surely
spinning, swooping, flipping
Sunlight, clouds, wind, Earth
Screaming, flailing, praying
terrifying, tearful
Falling
What stranger walks in this valley,
envying the flowers in his tearful eyes,
flowers that flower, never having to ask the question,
who am I?
Observing foolishness leading humanity go astray
The eyes of wisdom, perpetually, tearful do stay!

Zooming at the very end
Yelling around I find my way
Xtremely touchy and tearful
Why does it always have to be
ABCD and not WXYZ!

The drowsy power comes creeping,
Stepping into a disadvantageous fight,
The enigma bites at the tongue,
Every thought is a tearful revelation,
The power of the divine...(snoring).
Scared, anxious, and tearful
Hopeful, wanting to get it over
Thoughts random and racing
Not the life I want or need
Wells of brine, release the tension
Vibrations, spasms of grief
Form:
Love drenched,
Thirst quenched,
Heart clenched.
Desire sated,
Pain abated,
Feel elated.
Tearful fears,
Yearning sears,
Love endears.

Tired of lying about why she is crying,
She soon unleashes the truth of how she is feeling,
But nobody, close to none, knew the true meaning
Behind how she is always deceptively smiling.
Tearful scared face sobs
Implosion of mute whispers
Two reflection pools
Host ghostly towers of light
I see my kids bring flowers...

I am proud,
I am fearful,

I am cleaner,
I am a worker,
I am a hurter,

Why do babies fear their shadow
What of the dark stalker do they know
With tearful eyes
Their voice cries
For clouds to mask their foe

All it took was a NO
Anticipations and desires smashed
Could anything be more devastating?
Stupid am I for expecting
Unwise I am for wanting
A tearful pay for the thoughts
I wish I did not try.

Pensive,wistful blue
Steadfastly our moods show through;
Close up or afar
Our moods make us who we are.

How cruel too is humanity

Near its master`s casket
We get tearful.
Faithful dog
How sweet.

A dear heart aggrieved may find it hard to offer reprieve
until the heart that yearns for such mercy sinks to the grave.
The heart consumed by hate
may mourn hard but it's already too late.

Lusty Lester likes his booze.
Twixt the two, tall tales are told.
Seven salacious stories sold.
Tearful Tillie hides her face.
Loathsome lies lead to disgrace.

tearful dewdrop falls
slipping silently from death...
nature replenished

Honorable Mention
word -dewdrop- early spring
retched, a stomach twisting curdle
sour, the bile that rises from malcontent
tearful, yet, tears are futile, a waste of water
understanding seems never to come or come too late
all one can do is suck it up and try to love again
The gods at war again
Throwing bolts of lightning,
Torrential pummeling rain
The sky is dark at midday
The gauntlet has been lain,
Tots find it all so frightening
Tearful 'til the beast is slain.

When I try to write 'love', my pen runs dry.
It happens ev'rytime and ev'rytime I cry,
So I dip my pen into the tear
and wait for the ink to reappear.
Only then can this Colossus be fashioned
And seduce the Reader with all its Passion.
