As they attempt to slow down?
Sun is dripping
into the ocean's azure.
A long day's warmth
lingers in my skin
as splendor streaks the sky.
The bottle pours too fast,

It smells like something honest,

Movement up above
white streaks
dragging behind.
It’s descending
slowly by the minute.
Driving down the lane
then landing
in its destination.

Rises
In the east,
bathes the landscape
With long golden streaks.
When evening comes
It gives way
to the
Moon.

a symbol of strength
revered by seventh daughters of seventh daughters

pointing the way...
a reticent orb
abruptly
beams
over the horizon
Comets cut bedazzling streaks in time
with crescendos and solos divine.
Each meager planet probes with a wince
