A thousand poems I could write,
Upon this evening, starless night,
But does thou know the finer one,
Be of you under the sun?
the screech owl dives
from a swift, starless sky
strange sounds stir my calm
as hungry night creatures hunt -
a stranger in my bed
Swallows migrate South...
dark birds in a starless sky
mourning motherland.

Eerie whoosh of subway train
aught but darkness in my brain
Let me sleep in starless fright
come the morn ~ Creation's light
Abandonment is
Vietnam veterans
greeting card.
A door stepped baby.
Windowless
city structures
after resident's
suburbanized.
And me
a Christmas tree
after you undecorate.
In starless night to-
think of you, watching the
moon dying away.
Downy mildew on lips,
like the secret killing
without a sword.
Libidinous
encounter with a spark
for honey-bee.

On a starless rainless night
'fore my eyes...
The last of the snow-hill,
Wind-blown...
Melts
Left...
Is wet-marks,
On cobble-stone
Till, the next snowflake...

Starless sky
soundless streets
sparrows soundly sleep
superstores shut
silenced shops
silent soul sagacity
savoring solitude serenity

the half moon, content
with itself...though incomplete
it grins, nonetheless
high up in the cold
starless, pitch-black firmament
yet blithely smiling

The ocean's crescent breast, pulsing
Forms curves, caress starless nights
lost in perfect motion, rolling
The tide moves in, sways,
flows gently across my hand
pools, circling, swirling
in my palm
Shooting stars on a starless night
hate has never felt so right
religions clash and cause dismay
early on the evening’s light
filling mother’s and father’s with sorrow
I hope we all wake up tomorrow
Between the sun and the moon
is a dimming, starless sky
filled with hues of contemplation.
She knows the time will come too soon,
so she holds a silent conversation
before she bids her horse good bye.
How Are You Feeling? II
I feel purple.
As purple as a two day old bruise
As ominous as a purple thunderhead
As desolate as a starless purple sky
As out of sync
As the unrhyming word itself
Purple!
tonight
my breath
trailing
in this air
rises amidst darkness
like little smoke signals
sending out an s.o.s.
i look up
towards
starless skies
wondering
if you were able
would you
send one
back
Noxious nights are starless
Murky dismal days sleazy
To saunter with life listless
In mist of misery isn’t easy.

A complex ego:
lips on a flame
like Kama Sutra.
Starless night
to probe a moon
going downhill.
A needle in hay
protects the wound
of a kiss.
Portrait was incomplete
without pilot
to fly a plane:

it’s so pitiful to watch/the childless woman go there
with no baby as before/look at the darkening sky
with tear-filled eyes again on/this starless night of the dead
so can i steal one star out the sky
no, dont look into my eyes
dreams shoved to my left
and right side
yes, on this starless night
i had watery eyes
. . . . . . all this to say
save a place for me in your heart
once upon a night, a dark starless sky...way before time....I, without eyes,saw
you,in my mind...To think is knowing...therefor it is...and we became...a light flickered
on....blinding rainbow of color...Once upon a night...
Form:
A wandering knight
wambling in an endless road
Thinking to himself
Where the others are?
Taking care of what?
Who am I?
but a fading footprint
on a dark empty land
under a starless sky
seized by roaring shadows
and delusive hopes
In a starless sky
the moon is a spoon that bashfully beams
behind white wisps of clouds.
You ask me where the stars have gone.
"Darling," I reply, "They shine in your eyes
more brightly than the silver moon.
All of these poems
beneath my skin
haul the weight
of every shed tear
and I'm getting wetter
with each neoteric sob,
but darling I found myself
a pretty way to scream
and it's much more fetching
than being peevish
from so many starless dreams
Loneliness
Loneliness is the color of the starless night
where the moon is not around.
It happens when you badly miss someone
It sounds like a deafening silence
in the middle of a forest
And smells like a decaying innocent's soul.
Loneliness
Thoughts, breathless,
disperse like clouds
in the day.
Interludes,
cut short in the wind,
gone
with the time.
Empty caves of remembrance,
torn in a starless sky,
the light of bygone days,
extinct.
Broken watch-glass,
torn off hands,
covered by the sand
of the past.
