Breathless
Thoughts, breathless,
disperse like clouds
in the day.
Interludes,
cut short in the wind,
gone
with the time.
Empty caves of remembrance,
torn in a starless sky,
the light of bygone days,
extinct.
Broken watch-glass,
torn off hands,
covered by the sand
of the past.
