Down from the spring board,
Through the air, 
falling free with total peace,
Diving down deep under water.

Eyes sparkle and shine,
To see loads of bubbles around.

Swirling and twirling,
I pop up from the water.
To feel the driving rain,
And to see beautiful parrots hover.

To be in the water, is such a great fun.
A mermaid in a pond, who never wants to return....

confined using senses looking outward,
wherein ego feels it is somebody,
separate from source, till we look inward,
negating feral cravings untoward,
whereupon our emptiness’s magnetised,
thought flow rested, nothing is weighed or sized,
enabling love to enliven our form,
that in timeless time, God is realised;
transfigured thus, by a benign bliss storm.

The years first frost is in the air,
its silver breath lies everywhere
casts beauty over the mundane
though death comes creeping in it's name

The dark garden
 is fired with frost, 
burning summers memorials
to the ground, 
a graveyard springboard.
Relics lie spread 
over the soil,
death with purpose
in the night air.

Soon to feed 
the cannibal seed
grows from deep 
into new reap,
capsules of the
fresh green Spring,
lifting joy 
on new year’s wing....

   I see it as child's play!

   Heartbreak is not my reality!
   
   
   It's the springboard for me to fly,
   In transformational directions.
   New love is my desired projection.
