My Sole

If I was poured out on the ground............
the fishes of my soul would gasp
and flip and flop until at last ,
some homeless waif should mercy measure me,
and scoop me up and throw me to the sea.

Premium Member The Sole of Your Feet

So small and loving
As two little sparrows
Vulnerable and powerful

The only footprint left on your path
Everywhere you went
On this earth
You are
There
You have left
The sole of your feet

o sole mio

o sole mio
I am the bird
That was made by my father
With his hands
Now during the morning
I am flying in the sky
Above the mountain
And the ocean
Lots of people are taking photos of me
So they can have as a souvenir

Wise By Sole Experience

Once there was a man called Dominic, the sole experience!
His wisdom is not by education, by sole experience!
“Grudge, the mighty driving force-
is good in the world of evil”-mighty force!
Bloody no comic is wise by sole experience !

I once thought we were one, that you were my soul mate until I realized that our joint passion for a specific salt water flatfish cooked in meuniere sauce was not sufficient to maintain a long lasting relationship

Premium Member A Hole in My Sole

I am a wearied wandering
  man
Still trying to stick to my
  menu
I have worn out my brogue
  shoes
Now, i have to pad the hole in
  my sole
But i would rather have a hole in
  my shoes
Than have a hole in my soul.

Premium Member Sole Egret Ii

Then one day
in balmy Florida morning
on the way to school

We saw it
the sole egret in the marshes
feeding on an early worm

Yeah ... we screamed
my daughter Zahra and I
Yehoo! Yehoo! Yehoo!

Sometimes the things
that you fear the most
never actually happen

Sole Expedition

SOLE EXPEDITION

Night falls,
Thought calls,
Staring walls
like blinking dolls,
Fixed eyeballs,
Frameless vision
but ageless mission;
Motionless, lolls,
Progress annuls,
Full empty halls,
Alone & stuck
to walk
the solitary walk.

Premium Member Soul Within Sole

My SOUL is no longer sole!
Thy has penetrated into it.

I feel a sense of completeness,
Yet I seek to touch the depth of thy grandeur.

I long to find a new horizon
And with every new meeting with thy,
I able to experience a fuller feeling,
That gives me immense freedom!

At last the SOLE has received the SOUL!

OVER TO JESUS BAREFOOT SOLE ON STREET OF GOLD PRAISING GOD--

if I dance wit my
shoes on the street paved golden
I must take them off

for this space where I
stand, standing on Holy Grounds
so must bare my feet

keeping my sole clean
must sacrifice turn my life
over to Jesus

delicious ...
our mouths are chaos
a swirl of wildness and taste
lips, tongues, breaths mix and moan
passions parched - thirsts unquenchable
we are no longer two
emotions, bodies
kiss ...

so joined
i am nearly ... lonely

.

               Far
               far
   beneath mine sole
       I reach down

 Imagine mine stretch
   as I touch what is
             so low

 Conceive if thine vista
            permits

this city park's fountain
 and the sparkle at its
            bottom
      and what the I
    could do with this
          now mine
             pence

Lost Sole

I saw a high-heeled shoe today
Abandoned in the street
And wondered how its owner walked
With such uneven feet.

Perhaps if she were fairly drunk,
(Enough to lose a heel)
Her teeter-totter gait might not
Be something she could feel.

I hope that her companion
Was a gallant type of fella
So both shoe and gal would find
Their soul-mates, just like Cinderella.

Sole Soul

The lonely bird,
Atop the lowly birch,
Amidst empty branch,
It's only perch.

The white sun's,
Blinding light,
Drowns solely,
The bird's plight.

In summer's dry,
Afternoon sings,
The winged life,
Yet it brings

Not a soul,
Only the fiery hole,
Atop it's lofty perch,
Bears witness

To the bird's cry,
From sanguine sky,
Listen and sigh,
What beneath lies.

The Sole Sky Surfer

"Let the moon teach you the art of being beautiful and lonely at the same
time.” ~Anand Thakur

O, the night traveler
you are the beacon for
the distressed who are
dwelling in darkness.
As the knight of the night,
you ride upon your white steed
wearing a silver armor
for those hopeless lovelorn.
You are the afterglow of the sun
when it retires for the day.

You'd inspire a fanciful thread for a poem, You are analogous to each discrete totem, And, precisely, like every preceding being, You are quirky; no other soul is apt to tying, You become entangled in the customary, And, an emphasis entails the precursory.

she wanted someone to catch her just in case her wings forgot how to fly she never realised, that flying was exactly what they were made for and to shelter her in times when she felt lost and alone that was their sole purpose she wasted time worrying, about things that she never had to worry about until she realised the wings were all she needed

Empty Sole

Your life is fading fast your eyes tell your future which is not going to last,
With each new day your life's draining away never to return I'm sorry to say,
I'm hurting inside i can't start to explain the pain that i feel when i see you each day,
A shadow of yourself pale and gray mumbling words you forget next day,
Your eyes so empty no life at all the sparkle which shone has so surly gone.

Unfit Sole

Walk in my shoes, tell me how you feel

Tell me I was wrong for telling you the pain was real

Walk mile in the path that I am trapped in

Tell me you could do it different

Hike the depths that I am lost inside

Maybe than you could say I lied

When I said I lost my way, I meant it true

Next time I can try your shoes

So I could be just as lost as you

And we can forgive our issues

Premium Member Sole Rider

Sole rider in the cold night air, sky looming as town expands.
The silent shuffle of snowy hooves — subservient, rough lands.

The cowboy freezes alongside a cheerful amber window.
Clang of his rustling spurs silenced suddenly...he’s come for Joe.

Cul-de-sac of frontier buildings frame the vengeance of his mind.
Whiteness of streets balk at death of the young — simpletons close blinds.
