a madrigal in harmony.
Their polyphony awakens
a slumbering dawn from darkness
while white dewy daffodils, like
saintly daughters of charity,
bow before the paragon sun.
A gentle zephyr diffuses
its collection of fragrances
from the myriad wildflowers
it encountered on its journey
eastward; sojourning, perfuming,
impregnating the morning air
with its sweet, volatile essence....

Her supple and shapely silhouette rests submissively
as the luster upon the soft satin sheets arouses
sensual images of salaciousness beneath the sheen surface

My empty yet enduring eyes slowly engage the darkness
eager to embark upon the elusive lines energizing the elation
as a sojourning moon entices her to endear

Her excelling exuberance... exploited on exhalation
exposing her explicitly, exemplifying the excerpt
of an exonerated experience as the moonlight expires...

Misery has a voice louder than joy, in firming
as in transposing of the soul,
its journey ne'er returning,
cannot but guess then, where my yearning!

Have I foretold new grace, as candle burning
to so proceed my cause, enlightened learning,
I hear thy sound and closest to my  heart
faith finds sojourning ~

That circle's parting would destroy
my strengths concerning.
So love, it is apart that nothing turns
 ~ but turning!

And it is close that then
my effort knows thy earning!...
