I'm not the greatest poet
Although I do have a couple of degrees.
One's for my sense of humour
The others for my honesty.
Live life with a sense of humour
life's only a temporary thing.
Start each day with a welcoming smile
and see what joy it brings.
a sharp two-edge blade
cuts too quick for pound of flesh-
sly parry of wit
leaves assailant floundering
for razor sharp comeback slice
i made myself a t-shirt
on the front it says
I have a bomb
and on the back it says
bastic sense of humour
Even the bus driver offered me a seat
Oust him now,
We know the turth,
He's been alone for so long he's forgotten what love is,
He sadistic with a sick sense of humour,
Yes God is the problem in creation.

How do we describe a sense of humor
Sometimes silly last words on a tombstone
No respect for the dead
Just silly instead
Gertrude passed away from a humorous tumor
A sense of humour
is your wealth,
laughter is good
for your health.
So when your world's
looking glum,
and no one wants
to have fun,
just smile
and laugh at yourself.
With the way of the world as it is
Need a sense of humor when things get supercilious
Maybe dance a jig
Or snort like a pig
Running naked through streets acting delirious
I’m telling you this, it’s no rumour -
Some people knock my sense of humour
So I’ve ordered a cab
To take me to rehab
With poetry I’m a late bloomer!

A sense of humour is more important than ever
Laughing helps us through and deal with whatever
If you giggle every day
It's worth twelve month's pay
So read my limericks and we'll giggle together!
Defecation, constipation, urination... it's toilet humour!
At least I'm just a crap poet ... sadly some folk are just full of it
God MUST have a sense of humour - because he created me and YOU!
Relatives just visited that I haven't seen for a while
Actually wasn't too impressed, they have a different style
Sense of humour was strange
My patience was drained
Wanted these retards to take leave of our domicile
If a gal immediately tickles my ticklish spots
Then forthwith she certainly has me tied up in knots
A sense of humour is key
Goes a long way with me
So much better than a big bowl of apricots
Huh???

Take
a pinch
of caution.
A dash of pride.
One dollop of charm.
Add big lumps of kindness.
Mix with a sense of humour.
Throw in a large handful of love.
Blend it all together with patience.
And you will make a happy cake of life.
went to see 'once upon a time
innnn holllyyywood'
soft core quentin tarentino
not you're dead yet pulp fiction
a bit too long but a twister
to pull you out of your senses
so hold onto to your popcorn
and let spill your sense of humour
stan sand
So first principles
this could be formal axing mums
Theo recites while posting your lates
basic props in position
General prince pulls and has a special status
Roll to play
The ory in in bed
no impure thoughts of ass or umptions
and none will con the ventions
Sense of humour, elevating our spirits
Musing over the simple things in life, rejoicing at what we find
Imagination stimulated, childlike, seeing the wonders in life
Light heartedness, laughing at one’s self!
Everything as it is meant to be, smiling, enjoying, the gift of life
The sound of laughter,
The tears of joy,
We laughed at the silliest things,
We laughed ourselves to sleep,
We laughed at every moment,
We both grew up and lost our sense of humour,
Life got more serious,
Time split us apart,
The kid inside us is hiding,
We wish we could be kids forever.
Humor plays a special role
In this world of woe.
Laughter's serum for the soul,
As all fun lovers know.
Robust guffaws brighten days.
Insides shake, and hot tears flow.
Think of all the many ways
You could cheer those feeling low.
I apologise
for my sense of humour.
I apologise
for my honesty.
I apologise
for giving my opinion
and wearing my heart on my sleeve.
I apologise
if I offend you.
I apologise
If I'm misunderstood.
I apologise
for not being perfect.
Although I try my best to do good.

Standing there
Arms outstretched
The haggard pasty washed up
Kewpie doll
Of a soon to be ex
Awaited his oxytocin fix
As the dutiful wench
Swallowed the stench
Of his distillery fermented fat
She thought
This puts the retch in wretched
And that was that
A good sense of humour
Is only embraced so far

Witty words keep me sane
A giggle eases, life’s pain
When times are trying
Laugh through the rain
Reroute the grooves
Soften the grain
With faces stiff
A snooty drift
Good humor sees
Life is a gift
Minus a grin
Hard work won’t win
May spot the crowd
But won’t fit in
So when you choose
Smile over frown
You’ll lift the blues
A joyful sound
An animal in search of a suitable zoo
Learned to speak, read and write
A man in search of a dream
Successfully lost his ability to think
A robot in search of a sense of humour
Imagined himself to be human
And burst out laughing for the first time
Only the plants weren't looking for anything
Taking life as it comes
Dying and being reborn
Just as they were.
