This poem is dedicated to those people in my life who can nearly always make me laugh.
It's been scientifically proven that laughing improves blood pressure, reduces stress, and increases blood flow and oxygenation to cells and organs. Laughter is "contagious" and uplifting! Well-placed humor gives rise to LAUGHTER.

Humor plays a special role
In this world of woe.
Laughter's serum for the soul,
As all fun lovers know.
Robust guffaws brighten days.
Insides shake, and hot tears flow.
Think of all the many ways
You could cheer those feeling low.
