Easter Thrill

Senility for sympathy begs,
but for me, being senile has legs,
for when Easter time,
I find it sublime -
I can hide my own Easter eggs.

Urinalysis

How old age and senile relate
Depends on cycling the flood gate
Forget zipper down?
Always leave it uptown?
Each a unique cognitive state

The Old Neighbor

He visits for a while, out of the blue;
senile too, with no smile,
which had always been his style.
Straight up gin helps reconcile!

The Ss Have It

Sensationally senile sedentary solid senators
solemnly, sincere, seriously self-serving
sanctifying, seconding, seeking senatorial reelection

Rocking and Rolling

It's not very nice to gloat
When anybody rocks somebodies boat,
But some people are bad
And I am glad,
When it's Trump's, a senile old goat!

Senile

In senility deep, the whispers flow
A truth concealed, as doubts bestow
From day one’s dawn, the tales unfold

Song of a Senile Dog

There once was an addled old dog
Who thought he was some sort of frog.
He would sit by the pond
And croak out a song
Of his time in some distant bog.

What I Do For Fun

Sometimes for fun I take walks out in public in my underwear,
because as long as I keep smiling nobody seems to care.
They just assume that I'm senile and not quite right upstairs.

Old Folks Home

At the old folks home
Where every one
Is either deaf
Or senile,
I speak my mind quite openly.

See Nile

I’m no doc, but it seems to me
If you’re having trouble with pee
Between hard to piss
And finding you miss
It’s best to be able to see

Lover Mine

O Lover mine,

Mind of mind,

From times of mine,

Our Autumn days,

Sixty shades,

Of senile grey,

Your balding ways,

A tonsure's fine,

From times of mine,

O Lover mine.......

most Effective Weapon Against Trump

The most effective weapon
Against Donald Trump
Is to mock him.

Calling him
The biggest loser
The biggest conman
Of them all.

And senile
Washed old dotard
Way past his sell
By date.

Y Is For Yesterdays

Senile
conversations
of long lost
  olden days
 forgotten stories
on repeat

Childhood-
remembered
  pictures
without perspective
  through a lens
close-up
just out of reach
yesterday's
  dreams

Old Senile Man

Loser walking on the road
Look at him and cry
That is enough to die
Jack-knife
Parents old enough to be ancient
Lover of seven seasons
Wishes of love
Crazy old senile man
Hold him tight
Hug him
Jack-knife

Started Becoming Senile

Started Becoming Senile

After thinking about it for a while
Years of age had begun to compile
Often about it lied and prevaricated;
When I was born even post-dated;
Like all old people ended up senile.

The Old Woman

What a pity.
You think me foolish and senile.
I wish you could see.

Like copy's to diskette's
the words I can't remember
and the knowledge I once learned,
are stored inside the mind.

What I forgot,
you will never know.

Foggy

foggy

feather fringes flow
from fine fancy foliages ---
flamboyant foxes

soft, silky, shiny
solemn savory serene ---
saintly sacred scene

shrubs stand so senile
does sun hide his face in fear?
parade of phantoms

The Fractured Isle

A desolate isle, where it hurts to smile
buried betwixt mists both eerie and vile.
Forever hidden amongst dwellers of an uncanny guile,
where those who chance stumble here, lost and senile,
art beckoned by a curious fear of no mortal description or profile.

A Travelling Sage

There once was a travelling sage

Who yet lived to a very old age.

      Well becoming quite senile,

      With problems (yes penile),

The reader may choose:

1) He kept his packed trunk in a cage.

or

2) He packed his wee trunk in a rage.

Once More

Jubilation!
What wonderful ovation,
granted-
complete isolation.

Vanity's course-
remorse!

Fickle style,
shallow- while,
surrounded by the senile.

Sanity wonder not,
life is begot.

Once more
towards the door-
forever deplore-

This World,
hurled-

Once more-
World mature.
