hairy and pungent
the silverback claims his own
reeking of brutality
his agenda is plain
his emotions
simple and deep
he is the father
of humanity

Prose Poetry
Shawn Barlow was terrified of public speaking
just the very thought set everything to leaking.
A friend suggested Pampers
to reduce the dampers.
But alas Shawn is now odorantly reeking.

Limerick
Twin drops of sweat
perched on his brow
Salt mines
the butcher's
blood-soaked smock
reeking knife
poised...
feverish to finish
the lady's order
his tear-stained chop
wide of the mark

Imagism
Emotionless pit, endless fall
To the depths of insanity
I crawl
Timeless confusion, reeking decent
Can’t find my wits
I am bent
Lost feelings, numb mind
Destination unknown
I am blind

Hopefully Zero Leaking
Some things Mueller is surely seeking;
Like for instance hopefully zero leaking;
Each secret retain;
Patience maintain;
Odor smelled while it was also reeking.

Limerick
reeking much havoc
critters invade our spaces
destruction of things
cold concrete forests
replace nature's habitat
destruction of life

Quiet
Never
Even blinking
At someone I once knew
Standing
Waiting
Ever thinking
I'll someday be there too
Laying
Coldly
Ever pale
Wonder what I'll do
Blind
Still
Reeking death
Then I'll be just like you

I do not know?
The pain I feel
A bad storm,
Reeking havoc on my life
Taking control
I cover myself
Trying to find shelter
There’s no way out
Facing the storm
I fight through
With less pain
The storm calms
I finally see the sun

crawling confusions
petrified wood exotic minerals
emotions hide under the bushes
we are in this battlefield of love
bloated faces reeking
injustice spread like chloroform
wrongs about to swallow the rights
love murdered by the street

I do not know?
Secretly treading on the wrong path
I'm afraid of my of my own shadow
Chasing me down the lane
Disappointed by my own self
and reeking of fear within
Even my breath stinks of fear
The unknown and the future all unclear
You don't who trust and who to blame
You are just there.

Pretty woman, ugly attitude
The supple skin has subtle cracks in its surface
Unstable actions have landed her in trouble
Why don’t people like me?
Placing blame on every individual except for the culprit
She sits sour, reeking of disgust
America, I present to you the cause of your compulsions

Ghosts shadow houses working for a second glance staring at the corner of moonlight
creeping fog fervent chasms christen calls lifting hearts from fluttered chests descend the
stairs in panic a smoky season plumes doors slam voices with windows moan pallid
reeking lace laments light forms behind you

Love gives you a feeling of joy and contentment
Making you bubble up inside
No one can take away this feeling
Overwhelming happiness you cant hide
Permanent smile upon your face
Quality of life shows like a blazing fire
Reeking of warm undying love
Sheltering in the depth of your desire
Love is a reason for living.

Lumpy Rumpy, a rather large lad,
Had a reputation for being so bad,
He rolled a mega barrel down the hill,
Full of dead fish and the content spill.
The reeking aroma made people sad,
With pegs on their noses they got so mad,
The townsfolk chased Lumpy down the street,
If they catch him up they might paddle his seat.

In the mood to sleep
waddles of filthy people
by means of burrows
ahead of time for the swap
reeking with confusion
their legs move at a snail's pace
planned in a fairly haphazard way
the spine-tingling apex
will soon be within reach
a sludge of a grasp of the matter

Throwing insults side to side.
I wonder what you have to hide.
Under that tough outside shell.
Demons reeking total hell.
Jealousy, Anger, Fear.
If I could just peer,
Deep into your heart,
To fix that part.
That screw that's loose,
Which spills all the horrid abuse
I hope one day you see.
You aren't tricking no one.
Not me!

Friendly digits
I ache for robots
I know my longing
For a poet who is longing
For a poet who doesnt know the highest intellectual esteem
To study the artist
Is supreme
The emotional side
About which they dont care
For me is poignant
So why did they stop to stare
Study that human
Crazy as we are
And go out to eat
How bizzarre

nasty smells drift across the fields Especially from the cess pit, oh how yucky when spread on fields certainly not helping, nor does passing a cow who gives off a stinky reeking fart how gross. The saving grace was sweet smells coming from the kitchen and highly scented flowers.
rose highly scented
sweet meadow hay gives aroma
lark singing on high

Haibun
Her eyes laced up beautiful
mouth wired line delicate
blood pressed through ears
and sun cooked water burns
These skirts stabbed gray
Cold lack luster lump open
she's winter as the sky is tommorrow
too bright for fresh
wonder solid unturned bliss
her lips sure of their pale defeat
plump ajar need reeking
This body conqoured
the best dream I've ever had

I do not know?
Haunting thoughts race through my mind,
that I can not dismiss time after time.
Often they are images of past mistakes I have made,
back during my more ignorant undisciplined days.
"That wasn't you back then.
You have grown to be a better person,"
but no matter how many times I tell that to myself,
these haunting thoughts continue reeking havoc on my mental health.

The Immigrant
Seeking solace.
Seeking a home.
The immigrant finds,
rotten prejudice.
Fungal anger.
The immigrant,
alone, hoping for,
A solitary chance.
To belong.
The immigrant,
alone, always,
an outside entity.
Eternal outcast.
A viral threat.
A reeking odour.
The immigrant,
ever alone,
and alone knowing,
that no place exists,
but that lost home.

I do not know?
The somber sludge spreads forth,
swallowing every entity
in its path.
Vexed spirits burst free,
grotesque faces
all around.
This river that was once
pure and refined;
now tainted,
Now reeking of demise,
the body count is
untold.
This dismal bog has seen
it all from tin cans
to oil spills.
It once harbored life,
now it steals
your soul.

Sniff my reeking rectum,
Smell it with your nose,
Inhale its lethal fumes,
It smells like a blooming rose,
Place your nostrils against my reeking rectum,
And indulge its rank, stuffy scent,
Put your nose right up my anus,
And delight until you’re spent,
Don’t be shy now,
Please don’t choose to delay,
Quickly sniff my rancid, stinking, reeking rectum,
And draw in its pungent bouquet.

I do not know?
My soul the darkness has consumed
The lust for blood has taken my mouth
Draconic flames burn in my eyes
The falling of blood fills my ears
Murky ,dank, and reeking of death, the dark fills my nose
The dark has taken me consumed me body mind soul and heart
I am eaten
Taken
Raped by darkness
I have no body, mind, soul nor heart

Personification
Forever is a strenuous road to travel
Heart to heart we stand
Murky, unclear, and confused as we enter this maze
Face what soon approaches
Her hand buried deeply within mine
Longevity is the ultimate mission
Slow down my love, ease your pace
I'm slipping!!
I'm falling!!
I can't get up
Reeking of embarrasment from failed attempts
Forever is shorter than I remember.....
