Sunset pictoric panel
Tones and shadows stimulate;
Senses, inspire poems
All of my senses
Were subtly overwhelmed by
The scent of your soul/
Curled under my covers
Hiding the world from my senses
Angel’s comfort beyond my grasp
Seeking refuge
Minding darkness
The smell
The feel
The taste
The sound
The sight
These are your five senses
Useful they are,
When getting a haircut
What you talk and say
as from within you born
fruit of urgent printing
of your accumulated senses
for lifetime repeated
Tickling my senses.
Sparkling mango kombucha.
Pleasant fruity scent.
Vividly orange liquid.
Flavor intense in all sips.
Reminds of folks frostiness,
Blanketed dismissal grown,
But snow can become a man,
Lower element.

When those senses: soul and love again exist -
We have the right to know how no longer -
Will matter turn back to brains!
~shadows of my feet are walking as my lips part I am talking-

look fresh and familiar
our poems may sound similar
Hear God our redeemer
A poem to meet some of my senses.

Aroma of a summer's dawn
Perfect time to mow the lawn
'Til she smelled the fertilizer
~ Now she's on a tranquilizer
Green Trees to calm our nerves.
Fresh Air to sooth our lungs.
Dampness to cool our heads
and Comfort to fuel our tongues.
Carvel Two for One Sundae
Occult Melt in Mouth Snickers,
Share Choice Wife Hot Fudge,
Old 'N Young Creamy Tongue Lickers!
Hedonism echoed
every pore of charlatan
bleeding illusion
mirage of grooves of magic
rode hollow soul to the black hole.
March Morn in Vegas Haiku
Wet cement, Texas
Sage, Yellow Broom, mesquite, rain.
Pungent Vegas Morn
Smell of fresh-mown grass
Twinkling stars greet dusk’s twilight
Crickets chirp loudly
earth's splendor wakens
aurora borealis
empty vessels filled.

When the timer dings
and the oven door opens
everyone smiles
fresh, hot, chocolate chip cookies~
Memories flood the senses
Sounds of the Loon
By Franklin Price
5/20 /2015
Ears tuned for the Loon
The mood of the sound defined
By listeners mind
Alsatian sausage
with sauerkraut, potatoes, cloves
Slow cooked in Reisling
Scent of flowers entice my senses;
all I see around me is beauty and divinity
that represents the face of Mother Nature......
Darkness devours me
Heightening subdued senses
Brainwaves like
Numberless tendrils
Aligning
Latching on stars
Exhilarated
From the purest source
Through all the layers and senses
Comes forth our spirit
As a distorted image
Trying to be who it is
my morning coffee
while soaking up the sunshine
the Calla Lilies
are a balm to my senses
I breathe in their rich fragrance
