Bottom Feeders
Bottom Feeders

Trump thinks that he is hot to trot;
A sinister, atrocious always sought;
We saw first putt;
From team got cut;
Bottom feeders are all he ever caught.

Her last name is Goldberg. Do you
remember rest of her name?

Brassie For a Lassie
Brassie For A Lassie

Was great at Golf when she played;
In two drives ball on green than laid;
Was done by a good looking lassie;
Instead of putter she used a brassie;
Took one putt and hole was made.

Sounds like a great game to me.

A foursome of squirrels wait
As the turkeys on three
Putt out.

The pond ripples
As the lone goose
Ponders his choice

Dog park spaniels run free
Their owners
Left holding the bag

A window cat
Salutes the sun
Feline yoga

Tiger Woods Complete Long Version
Tiger Woods
    By Victoria Anderson-Throop

What a hero-- Tiger Woods--
He sells golf and sporting goods.
Chases ladies in the night
Tells kids not to curse or fight

Tiger, Tiger burning bright--
You must learn to play it right.
When temptation’s in your face
Putt a caddy in your place....

I once saw a nun playing putt-putt
who needed a break from a rut-rut
when her ball found a well

and left the links in a rush-blush

she bent the club over her habit

Cats and rat and coconut.
Dancing off each stomach gut.
I would join them undercut.
They might flitter, fuss and frut.
Inner door not firmly shut?
Glad I am not in their rut.
Cats live dancing in the strut.
Rat ran off and showed his butt.
Coconut hides in the grass hut.
Likeable butt-in-sky mallard mutt.
Runs to me with a tut, tut, tut.
Cats and rat and coconut.
Delight me with their loud putt-putt....

The Remote
(This is a fictional poem)

I wanted to watch the king of Queens but I'm watching golf instead.
I'm too lazy to walk over to the set now that the batteries in the remote are dead.
I'm so bored as I watch these damn golfers putt.
I ordered my wife to change the channel and she kicked me in the nuts.
I can't stand this boredom, I want to be put out of my misery.
I'll be watching a lot of golf because I'm too cheap to buy new batteries....

i'm not
a golfer
but i can
quietly report

on this
sport
without
knowing

any thing
that involves
my balls keeps
me very alert

and then to
combine my
wood not an
iron though

i love to putt
and put my
balls into
her cups

but i've got
to consult
with my
caddie

not that
there's
a three

going on
but her

was just go in
and hold on to
yourself allowing
to give and get

a

a little

Premium Member Golf On Sundays
I play golf on Sundays.
On fairway, I hit straight.
Hitting ball with iron clubs
ball soars high in air
It is such a sight to
watch it soar and land
at a spot you aimed for.
Pushing it for a putt
I put it in a cup with a flag
and try to win my match
with par or low count
such as  gaining a bird.
A drink to mark finish
of a good occupation
along with your fourballs
is a satisfying finish.
