Surreal Lovesong
Take away painsong

Let hate be planter of lovesong

Walking down hazy surreal corridors of blue sublime

I let destiny’s hand

Guide my heart....

The perfect planter is something found
Something asymmetrical, neither square or round
She used a snail shell which was organic and green.
Many people agreed it was earthy, and totally keen....

Society
How does a healthy rose with grown thorns
Take the time out of their day
To degrade a decayed rose without any thorns
For having to grow up in poisoned soil
That the planter so willingly decided to bury them in?...

Throwing soil into a planter
Growing season just begun
Showing her I have green fingers
Knowing I shall need no gun

She thinks I’m a layabout
Me thinks she’s in for a shock
Three months til she gets to sip
Tea from leaves of fresh hemlock

Premium Member Creepy Doll Head Planter
And here is my greatest planter of all,
Said the weird old lady with hat so tall.
It was the most disgusting thing I’d ever seen.
A creepy old doll head planter. Kind of mean.

What about her body? I asked the wench.
I guess that was already heaven sent.
I did not have the heart to tell,
That bodies go neither to heaven or hell....

Neglect
A mother bears a child she becomes a planter in lifes garden, Her child is her
seed given to her to nourish and weed, She had the seed to blossom a rose, yet
her neglect caused only dandelions to grow, overthrowing any chance for her
seed to flower, unfortunate its potential devoured,Leaving all to wonder in sorrow
and woe Why did she ever sow?...

Wherever I find a hole
I attempt to fill it with poetry:

the pocket, the heart, poetry
my go-to
mending part~

no seamstress should do
without a lyric or two

Every planter
sowing a field should pass time composing
while preparing his yield – poetry, always
somewhat satisfying in the place

till a lick of the lips

a burp, a blush
your delightfully
saucy face!...

Premium Member Lynette Loves the Seventies
Lynette was attached to the ambiance of the seventies.
She had a shag rug with large loops and flecks of silver.
Bulb like globs floated in her six lava lamps.
She replaced her accelerator pedal with a weird bare foot pedal.
Her house featured peace signs, happy faces, and free love slogans.
My favorite piece was a Volkswagen bus planter that yelled “perky”.
But in actuality, I liked the entire set up – her car and her house....

Autumn Scene
AUTUMN SCENE

A deserted outdoor café -
Empty tables piled in corner,
Sun-umbrella, collapsed in desultory
Flapping, and folded wetly to itself.

Concrete planter box with pansies -
Tired, wilted, droopy, washed out;
Discarded ice-cream wrappers -
A watery white smudge on the kerb.

Bare wet sidewalk reflecting her legs,
Raindrops spitting onto her glasses,
A woman hurrying with her umbrella,
Stepping quickly round the puddles....

Trees Everywhere 1
Trees Everywhere

Trees everywhere
But great is the coconut tree
Trees everywhere
Adored and grown with utmost care
Our lands were a coconuts’ sea
For long ages till recently
Trees everywhere.

It’s rubber now
It’s for its planter sheer money
It’s rubber now
With coconut taking its bow
Now modern households do not see
In coconuts uses many
It’s rubber now.

Farmers To Not Forget Snakes
Planters who have to toil
To have some food boil
And the Digestive oil
Start with 500 AM Soil,
The Morning’s Freshness their strength;
The surest way to take it to a length.

Farmers should early toil
In a cultivable soil
But not forget snakes that goals spoil
And The Carefully Planned foil
By simply sliding in to coil.

Snake could deal with a planter,
In his farm at a canter,
His blood stream promptly poison
Without so much as this noising....

Ordinary Orange
ORDINARY ORANGE

Flickering flames within a fire,
the Monarch butterfly,
a burst of juicy citrus fruit,
a slice of pumpkin pie.

The California poppy,
a goldfish swimming round,
lava rock, a hearty veg
growing underground.

A terra cotta planter,
an oriole flying high,
a new day dawns, this color orange
accents a crimson sky.

Important too, it’s vibrant hue
 marks a danger zone,
so lets celebrate the shades of orange
from peach to copper tone....

The knots have knots…”God!?”
Threads of needing, want, desire;
shoots and branches, root and rote,
fragile tendrils, planted in deficient soil.

“God, the knots have knots?”
Nodes and nodules, full of spoor,
want desire…more…
hoarding, warmth, nurture, need;
shoots and spawns, no longer seeds.

“The knots, God, the knots please free…”
pulse and pump, push and bore
excrete the angst, open wide the pore.
release unhindered tangled twine.

The knots release…the planter pines....

Mother
I walk with my brother, the hard blowing wind.
To visit my friend the rainy storm
I walk on a road that never will end
Watching a rainbow that never seems to form
I walk alongside my love, the cool breeze
Keeps me cool during the summer heat
My sisters the clouds that tease
Drifting to a horizon, that never will meet
I lay down to rest, on the mother earth
She gives me the nourishment I need
I am the animal that she gave birth
I am the planter, watching over her seed...
