highway grinding
myway finding
        mental meanderings
philosophic ideals
     mirrorly miles
            of reflection
passed under tired tires

I think of these
Aliens following
My mental meanderings
As if to say
I will find my
Heart one day?
Her name is Aiko
And she means
The world to me

merriment momentarily made monumental mistake
many munched meat, majesty’s masterful melody of melding.

Return Love Those Meanderings

RETURN
Departing from oneself, rivers escape mountains at SOURCE
The meandering is not only to Sea; meandering home, roots, too ...
By way of the Universal Ocean. Waters blend salty and fresh!

Recesses of my mind harbor such tender memories
Integrity most cherished in their sublime remembrances
Overtones rich of fond embraces at each turn
Reassuring the footing on cobblestone meanderings

Fortified ponderous wandering soul
Reaching for the stars above
Blessed and beautiful barely whole
Gods wayward plan to send me love
Oblivious and cast away
Undaunted meanderings hit a wall
Sun rises moon fades away
Hungry my soul stands astutely tall

Premium Member Labyrinthine

His mindfulness led me
Through a labyrinthine maze
Rambling sinuous thoughts
Planted in thorny tangles
A wandering elegance
Baffling in its simplicity
Mazelike in its meanderings
A wise and twisting serpent
Entangled in the complexities
Of its naivety

arrogance in others impacts us not
being but meanderings of ego
operating in a narrow thought slot
which sooner or later they will let go
when lower cravings they choose to forgo
so we blow them a kiss of compassion
though for most kindness is not in fashion

radiant in the
                   sun

wild&sweet
                  meanderings
in the dance
of life

veiled in black
from
      shade&sun
shafts
     of fire
             that glow
endless

Listen to poem:
insinuations, veiled intentions
subtleties and undertones
whispers and innuendos
half truths and hidden meanings

in the convoluted meanderings
in the midst of the charade
i've lost sight of what we had
and i fear i’ve lost my voice

I love it when I can't write a thing! Then I can swim in other poets' rivers and their blessed meanderings. If I have nothing to say, then it's  perfectly OK to be still.. Listening to the songs of poetic whiporwills. 5/15/2019 1:30pm PST

Moon goddess of Aurora Borealis
Tidal pull consternates the gods
Mercury in retrograde spins the planet
Celestial passions on parade
Cosmic energy hovers over the mountains
Mystical meanderings make melodic music

I am to the Earth as the Earth is to me
A mystery to man unlocked by a key
We meet late at night beneath the moon
Drunkard nude meanderings enough to make lovers swoon
For the Earth has the key to my chastity belt
Years of longing and teasing have made him quite svelte
I crawl to his whim I answer his cry
The Earth is my master no need to ask why.

I'M Happy

I'm Happy

I'm happy
happy in this dark
warm beneath warmth
in meanderings of slow music
a maze of secrets shutting and opening
as cozy duvets dropped by benevolent mothers
sinking in my dreams
limbs soaked in blue sunlit lagoons
I'm a million miles from morning
in a hundred miles of night
sometimes I see clearly
before the morning
I sometimes see the light

Gypsy Rain

“I follow the gypsy rain and its
carvan of clouds. It is freedom
and purification of the spirit,
like jazz.”

Free form jazz
free falling into
my gypsy life
Kamikaze saxophone
dive bombing down
Keyboard meanderings
dancing down
all around
the heartways
the soulways
the pathways to
spiritual purity
It is Saturday night
and I am alive again
in the falling rain

Premium Member Star

I wished upon a shooting star
Tired of life’s ho hum meanderings
A wish for something more
A cure for cancer
Food for the hungry
Homes for the homeless
Clothes for the unclothed and
Dreams to come true
For the dreamers
Whether the star has
These powers never
Occurred to my
Unadulterated thoughts
But a wish is just that
A positive flow of energy
And thoughts and prayers

as poignant angst engulfs our heart
we allow the waves to wash over us
whilst recognising that their origin
lies in meanderings of deluded ego
which is merely an earth life interface

thus both engaging and witnessing
we feel each pulse of dualistic immersion
whilst yet nonchalant to the play underway
being freedom innate to our consciousness
simultaneously immanent and transcendent

An Ode To My Pc

You make the minutes dribble
Down the meanderings of time
First drizzling
Then dripping
In dribs and drabs
Then dropping
In driblets
That drain the hours
And drown the days
And I
With my drowsy eyes
My drifting mind
And shaking hand
Turn a deaf ear
To the hue and cry
To the whys
And the wherefores
of your fatal lure
For I have no time
To let go of you
And live my life
As you have already
eaten it up

Premium Member A Song To May

May, we, with joy, do a Maypole dance!
And all lovely birds fly and sing!
After all, it is, delicious Spring.

And all lovers kiss in pure floral bliss!
Swimming in fresh, verdant, flowing
springs.
Lost, yet found, in loves meanderings.

Let butterflies gleefully waltz as they may!
And free, maskless children , run and play.
In our God’s sweetest month, of May.
