As the blue jays fly
Coming to the deck
Peanuts are thrown out
They gather to feed
Then bellies full fly
away.
a cardinal and
eight blue jays at the feeder ~

Purple wildflowers
in the stained moments of day
Windswept disarray!
Fuchsia passion spreads for miles
Fetching jays and sunshine smiles.
shrills of a blue jay
chasing squirrels from feeders —
robbing me of sleep

I saw a
Gray Squirrel
Remove his
Fluffy Coat!
He was as
Naked as a
Scrub Jay!
And then he
Flew Away!

The baseball season is a month away
The Jays will be a factor if Vlady has his way
Personality plus
This year you can trust
He will shake things up like no other Jay
parched land awaits drops
as clouds hatch little blue eggs
moist blue jays arrive

A baseball fanatic, I am, I am
Blue Jays are in flight, holy hot damn

Winners down to the very last man

Weatherman's predicts snow, hate... hate... hate

Outlook's damn poor
The world's topsy turvy, sure am irate

bees are hard at work nearby~
blue jays await spring

Baseball will be back on the scene once more
For a 162 games, I'll watch all the scores
I root for the Blue Jays
My two arms I raise
As they belt out homers, and the crowd it does roar
The Toronto Blue Jays lost nineteen to three
Perhaps they weren't feeling well or some had to pee
The whole damn team
Caught a virus it seems
Some had temperatures of a hundred degrees
Spring training is starting way down south
This is the year, “Go Blue Jays” we'll shout
All the way to the Series
World Champs my dearies
Finally since 1992, a big celebration we'll flout
Mortality
Morning snowfall brings his
Moist eyes one last hurrah.
Moon-flowers and blue jays,
Meandering in step.
Malignancy strides moan
Meekest as his saviors
Mourn before it all melts.

A little guy by baseball standards is garnering much praise
His name is Devon Travis of the Toronto Blue Jays
He's on a tear
Hits more than his share
Of doubles and homers, he continues to amaze
Texas is renowned for cowboys and cattle
And riding bareback without any saddle
Not winning ball teams
But inevitably it seems
Hopefully the Jays will win this epic battle

Winter weather
Days divine
Honour honourable
Appreciative active
Godly gregarious
Jays jewels
Trees tall
Brave bold
Kindly kept
Luxurious liked
Queenly quizical

The Jays are coming! The Jays are coming!
There's no stopping them, baseball's a-humming
Josh, José and Edwin
The heart of the engine
World Series rings are surely forthcoming

Can't wait for baseball to start up again
The Blue Jays are favoured to clean up AMEN
They're certainly due
Since nineteen ninety-two
Our tongues hang out while cheering for them

The Blue Jays cometh, our hopes are soaring
Us fans are behind em, hearts are outpouring
Heroes every one
Here comes the fun
Little darling, there sure won't be no snoring
(apologies to The Beatles! LOL)
