Harbinger of Summer’s jamboree
walked in a scarlet hued harlot;
Waves pranced inside azure eyes
building mile high castles
with sandy affairs;
Shoreside bonfires
moonlit sea,
beach life’s
hot....

Zephyr
I was raised in sea of defiance
and yet my Zephyr has lost its realm
I am ungrained in all colour
lost in a rattled cage
and ageing fast

Speaking in tounges
I have seen your everyday jamboree
Although the seasons were roughshod
did we not heed too...

Ageing
I was raised in sea of defiance
and my tired Zephyr has lost its sound
I have lost all colour
I am lost in a rattled cage
and ageing fast

Speaking in tounges
I have seen your everyday jamboree
Although the seasons were roughshod
did we not bleed too...

Premium Member Fey and Their Jamboree
Elf awaits faerie’s invitation bright
Decorated with a darling cherry,
Faerie leaves an invite to elf at night.
She is fond of this fey named Harry.
Engage in festival, very merry.
Brownies, elves, and faeries, happily dance.
It’s the best jamboree in southern France....

jaunty jack-o-lantern joined
jingly jangly janitors’ July jamboree

jaundiced Jasper, Jack’s jackhammer
juggled and jostled the journey in jovial jollity.

Jovial Jukebox Julep juxtaposed Jasper and Jack’s
jonquils, joining the July Jubilee

Javelin, a jazzy jaybird, jangled Judy’s jaguar,
who jabbered jokingly and jauntily....

Song of the Sunset - Alouette
Mystical sunset
Horizon's duet
Serenity's serenade

Wedded shivaree
Joyful jamboree
Evening's encored promenade

Take a look skyward
Keep your faith upward
Heavenly inspiration

Breathtaking painter
World's entertainer
Our holy aspiration

Christopher Cricket
Lived out in a thicket
With his musical family

They slept by day
Each night they would play
At the Firefly Jamboree

A chorus of frogs
Encamped in the bogs
Would always accompany them

No need for a ticket
just come out and "kick it"
They will happily, welcome you in.

Five Turns To the Brim
From sunset
Of the jamboree,
I will be sitting here,
O gracious!
I will be churning fast,
Two buckets of stark potash
On my table,
I will be straining my eyelids.
My mouth is full,
My eyes are swollen,
Beyond the stretch of my stomach,
My throat has choked, and
I am breathing fast.
I will run away, but
I stood up and lurched,
To the right, and to the left,
Home! Here is home, sweet home!...

I Am Lonely Even In the City of People
I am lonely amidst people
deep insatiable longing
for belonginess roots within
mind is slippery
at the tentacles of misadventures
on the corollary of jilted love
love of women who gave me the sword
when I gave them sweetness

I am love-thorn
wet in desolation and dried of sensation
across the macabre
where love was a jostling jamboree
You can’t believe
I am lonely
Even in the city of people...

Pears
Autumn blooming with colour,
From Nature’s palette of
Copper and gold.
Large leaves lying still,
Damp and mouldy, in this late sun.

Pears slowly ripening,
In harvest’s jamboree.
Pinkish tinged, speckled,
They lie heavy with camouflage,
Ripe for the pot.

Skinned, their crystalline beauty
Cannot be held too long.
Their life is done, long before
Winter’s pallor and seasoned, frosty crust,
Binds the rivers with ice.

This Is the One
Carnival Jamboree striped vinyl umbrella pajamas

Sweat stained backside sleep

Then insert your message in the empty space that follows

Well yes, you should’ve known, because I told you so many times before

Rust is a must and piss is bliss have golden red brown delight

Your blue-black mascara runs

As we do across a field of tall yellow grass

Slipping sliding sing along tunes from long ago

Your pink plastic lips meet mine for the first time....

Premium Member Who Will Be the Winner
Fox, finches and fireflies fluttered out of the woods
Into a clearing that cleverly chose species of these three
Faeries, elves and gnomes watched as closely as they could
It was time for the annual musical mystery forest jamboree

Who will be the winners? The badgers asked the rest.
Curious sailors and pirates came in from beyond the docks.
Racoon and muskrat slicked their fur down to look their best.
Whoever it is, they will have trouble winning the crown from Fox....
