Firefly Jamboree Nursery Rhyme

Christopher Cricket Lived out in a thicket With his musical family They slept by day Each night they would play At the Firefly Jamboree A chorus of frogs Encamped in the bogs Would always accompany them No need for a ticket just come out and "kick it" They will happily, welcome you in. Music to my ears! In my youth the sweetest mischief was to sneak into the theatre/concert without a ticket, even for just the second half.

Such a cute write. The crickets, the fireflies and frogs together make a sweet company. As a child, I have been in love with all those three. Sadly fireflies are not seen thses days. Congratulations Daniel on your win.

Thank you yet once again. Anne. i think folks miss the point about nursery rhymes. They are for children who have very short attention spans. You will not find a long nursery rhyme. Always my pleasure when you drop in. Have a top shelf weekend young lady:)
