ALONE
TO DREAM OF HIS WANT
OF THE FAIRY GIRL
AND HER SILVER AND GOLD
APPLES.
Summer sweltered in her summer retreat -
Necking hot and heavy on the back seat.
In the heat of the moment
Summer’s passion did foment -
Lost her cherry in that moment of heat.
Sultry San Francisco September
dazed in the heat of a moment,
flown by too quickly this time
when they moved together

Summer sun is merciless
Blades of grass wilt brown
Memories of rain are distant
Still is the earth in the heat of day
Shimmering haze bewitches sight
little gerbil in a cage
running your wheel but full of rage
hate being locked up all the day
waiting for your big escape
wondering what it would be like to play
