Not saying this for puns-sake, but it is a 'shocking' image you paint here to correlate a divorce with the suddenness of a lightning bolt. Powerful images. PS: I'm sure this has something to do with the contest rules, now long passed, but doesn't monoku only have one line in it?

Hi Timothy...I believe that there are instances when a divorce could bring shattering/lightning results!! As to the PS...Yes, a Monoku is a one-liner, but the contest sponsor wanted a double one, with both related to the same theme. ~ Regards // paul
