Answer Me
Flies past my window
As if I am a strangler
Is that the new way home?

Peers through the window panes
Of my innermost contemplation
Could that be my ignoble double?...

Ignoble
There are so many horrible things I had said and did…
So many times I simply went with what God once forbid,
There is sadly no ways I can make up for actions so sordid....

One man’s treasure, one man’s trash;
saved for years, then sold for cash.

Though held once in high esteem,
tarnish overtook their gleam.

Dull they sit and patient wait,
helpless to control their fate.

Auctioned off, or harsher still,
land ignoble, in a fill....

Day bringer with a crown of rayed sunshine.
Artist of the Spring.
Nuisance of the gardeners lawn.
Delight beneath the child’s chin.
Envoy of wishes and dream flights.
Luscious wine font.
Ignoble hero of nutrition.
Ornament of flower chains
Nutritious salad fare....

Peter sensed this couple, Christian
Had ignoble motives, sold land
Lied to him, they donated everything
At his feet. Scary bible study. Be warned...

Miss Zeta Omegini
Miss Zeta Omegini on all fools’ day
Played with a pendulum and penned a play
                                     Pendulum went home
                                     And wrote a big tome
They got ignoble and rolled in the hay...

Our Will To Answer
Fear, the ghost of indecision
where darkness stalks each day

Confusion our ignoble master,
bewildered we fall prey

Terror caught in nightly doldrums,
the walls start closing in

As choices wait our will to answer
—or die this fate within

Coeur De Lion
A blind lion is still dangerous. A toothless lion still strong. A declawed lion still magnificent. An imprisoned heart by no means caged. A King dethroned remains royal. It is ignoble to imagine a crippled life to be anything other than the radiant spirit of freedom.

morality sits on the nose
of this blind man

an option of intrigue
is there for the taking

that call, that lure
from a feral hunter
to a wounded prey
soliciting capture

as I reach for the ignoble
the knees, the elbows
the betwixt, the between
a door to an orifice opens
revealing our imminent doom

They try to shrink the world into their

Deplorable size

For

To magnify their insignificant selves so as

Great men in the eyes of the world to

Appear,

But

They fall into the abyss of infamy-

Victims of their vindictive vanity-

Where forgotten shall remain into

Eternity!

Pulchritudinous By Far
When I look in your eyes I see a beaut,
The aspect of your love is unexceeded.
I'd give entirely everything in the cosmos,
For you?, how I feel is illimitable.

The nomenclature of our kinship is unlike others,
Sadness hates our happiness...ignoble hoi polloi.
Maybe a baby one day can join our 2's company,
To make a long story short..............I love you....

The end of all things, an uncertain road?
To ignoble ends, reduced to mere bone,
To journey beyond, into the unknown,
To return to harvest seeds past sewn,
Or glorify Him, who lightened the load,
        the end of all things…

The Ignoble Monarch
I checked my last two poems
Then I searched for understanding
But then I realised the love

The poem allows for ignorance
The lack of understanding
The disobedience of language
Its rules and colons
Its commas or decision
That is my love

The ignoble is now the monarch
Where are the rules of language
They are lost in rancour
That the message is passed
There is my love...

Helium On Caesium
The son of Helios He was the noble Helium
But He was an elemental slug fond of Valium
All said He was not at all noble
                                   He was basically Ignoble-
Anomalous wetting of Helium on Caesium

Sun Shafts
The cumulous arrive in train;
with thrusting breath that reeks of rain,
a roiling moody, leaden pall,
to shroud the world in shadow-fall.

Thunder grumbles; muted flashes,
rain with sting and wind with lashes,
a blanket, nebulous, intends,
for blue to meet ignoble ends.

When all seems lost and Sol's retreated,
in evidence he's not defeated;
a shaft of sunlight tells the wary,
the veil's only temporary.

Times of India a Source 2
Sweet as an apple
Pious as a Bible
Resolving battle
TOI is a supple.
Anything brittle
Or be it subtle
It make it nuzzle
TOI is a supple.
It is like a ripple
Increasing wheedle
Clearing baffle
TOI is a supple.
Those who toddle
Should read Title
Ads may be ignoble
But TOI is a supple.
Those who whistle
Or go as turtle
Or in a debacle;
TOI is a supple.
To remove pustule
TOI is best Tool
Makes mind fertile
TOI is a supple....

She Shall Come
she would have been
here with her sons
by her side -
but the way of the world
she had gone
nobly gone
to the other side of the hill
look at that ignoble mound
they erected
for her
our poor mother
richer than the richest man
in the world today -
i wish i had been like her
an angel in manners
she left a star
on the azure of our souls
"she would come
sooner or later" they say
let mother come
to give brightness
to my collapsing house -
mother, come
the house awaits your return...

The Devil's Throne
Peasant bread to feed the masses,
  millers stone between the classes

Grovel here and grovel there,
crumbs for beggars—no meat to share

Caught inside the rising dough,
  leavened voices cry out low

Baking deep within the flames,
bribes that lie—and Lords to blame

With each slice cut, Hell calls a name,
its coals to brand, ignoble fame

Bread for the masses, meat off the bone,
  revenge on fire—the Devil’s throne
