Tulips in Spring
Daffodil-Summer
Snowflakes, December’s designs
~ melt on the front of my Hummer
I've lots of dates in the Summer
Treat them to sex in my Hummer
Can have all of me
But the fuel is not free
Buying that gas is a bummer
Cheerful smiling hummer,
slurping sunshine while it's summer!

Hope that's not it for summer
Two days only, what a bummer
It just can't be
Makes me wanna pee
Hope summer will be another hummer
Ring-a-ling, it's scintillating Spring
What a hummer -- sizzling Summer
Have a ball! It's foliage Fall
The absolute pits, sir
~ The DEAD of winter
Big Bummer Selling Hummer
Easy living likes the summer;
All the rest is a big bummer;
Cause was lost,
With no cost;
Even had to sell our hummer.

~ hummer, far at sea -
wee wings, my steadfast comfort ...
first mate ... of rare worth. ~
White Hot Christmas
by Michael R. Burch
I’m back from my jog;
it felt like summer
on Christmas Eve.
What a bummer!
Forget the sleigh, Santa,
hire a Hummer.
Denise was in love with a rich plumber
She'd fallen hard for his big black Hummer
Though he was a grunge
Denise took the plunge
Honeymoon fixing toilets ~ a bummer!
She’s a woman of every man’s desire
Slam her and she’ll leave you on fire
She’s a sexy lookin foxy mama
I want her next to me in me hummer
When I see her the subject of marriage I will inquire
They gathered for adventure this summer
Till he damaged his father’s new Hummer
The dents turned his face crimson
Said he’s sorry and then some
Closed the book; peace was lost- what a bummer!
Jazzing around,
the black humming bee
swings along with the strings
Fiddles, guitars
in the piano bars
keeping a-slamming the floor
The music is growing
from under the feet
of the Dancer:
THE BEAT!
.
albino hummer
adorn flowers pollinate...
dangerous contrast
An inch past the worst sizzlin heat
since Yahweh created Summer,
boy 'twould have been supremely sweet
to load up the trusty Hummer
and head cross the continent's breeze
to chill under mountains neath pine trees.

The little hummer
Flits amongst the daylilies
Observed by the cat
Tiny little Ruby Throated Hummingbird
Outside my window sill
At the feeder drinking your fill
Being guarded by daddy on the hill
He's hoovering over
Guarding your evey move
Trying to protect you
From every cat that's got groove

As days go, this one has started out as a bummer
Missed a doctor's appointment with Kim, she's a hummer
Not a good day for sure
My mood is quite poor
Maybe my P-Soup friends will change the colour

One fortune teller to another, “we’re going to have a hot summer”
The second one says “like the summer of 2092, that was a hummer?”
All wore metallic shorts
Special shields to cover our warts
Remember when girl robots showed their i-bums and had multitasking udders
When we got married at twenty two
We said our vows beside a ski-doo
But then got marooned
So we honeymooned
In a five star, two story igloo
My wife said a stiff drink would be nice
But I couldn’t locate any ice
So I stripped to get numb-er
Then asked for a hummer
Hoping that my iced cubes would suffice
peach sun has come back
long hours of rain and thunder
hummingbird plunder
hued blooms gather with
the stunning jeweled wonder
stained rite of summer
noon pause for orange
and backwards flight aflutter
butterfly colors
rapid wing whispers
velvet time is life's usher
gold midday mutters
Huge blossoms perched in a crystal vase;
And how it sparkled!
While early evening sun came in slanting,
In intense burgundy golden rays, flaming.
Beauty blooms bounced at west window,
And colors were flashing!
In a summer turned hummer-honeybees.
Varicolored blooms grace evening- so new,
Just as pearls in green grass-morning dew!
The glowing light 'pon sparse clouds
Radiates a golden glow
Orange marmalade sun tips the far
horizon and waltzes slow
Light changes slowly to clear bright
The birds' chorus crescendos
Joined by the whirr of a hummer
Mornings sung in tempos
The plural of Crescendo can be crescendos, crescendoes, or crescendi
The plural of Tempo can be tempos or tempi..
I am tattered in misery
Dirty; unkept but harmless
Though drained mentally
Begging but forceless
untattered thou in hummer
Oiled and scenty but Abacharical
Though unscrupulously richer
Neocolonizing thy own clan
Starving the represented
Looting and exploiting them
High blood pressure thy means
But thou call me mad
If that is madness
Heaven make me king of madness
A young Black man and a silver hair White man side by side. I looked out my window, and I saw a rare and beautiful sight. No, not hummer birds of hummer while in flight. No, not blue birds talking in there secret codes. But a young Black man and a middle age White man together walking and talking enjoying each other company side by side. Wow! What a beautiful sight. Wow! What a delight.
