Sara, congratulations on your win with your expressive haiku! I love your use of "vibrating," "jabbered" and "echo."

I know, right? I visited a friend who had humming bird feeders lining the front porch. As I stepped up to the porch approaching the front door I didn’t realize the porch was filled with humming birds. Surrounded by the humming and the birds darting I felt like I was in Alfred Hitchcock’s “The Birds!”

Mark, Thanks for dropping by with congrats on my work. Those hummers sound like a very large bird when they swoop in and those wings vibrate. Sara

Well written verse, Sara, and best for a win. I saw a hummingbird at the park today and it flew so fast it disappeared. Hugs Eve
