Humpty Dumpty fell from great height,
perfectly mixing the yolk and the white.
All the king’s horses and all the king’s men
had them some omelettes, then had some again.
What I’ve got against the rain is not the drippy wet,
because it hasn't melted me, well, at least not yet.
It’s those clouds!
Gloomy shrouds.
I’d rather soak up sunshine and turn it into sweat.
Hey Gotta Light?!
No I don't mean the flame.
A light to guide me
As I walk away in shame.
A flame to light the fuse
To the bomb ticking inside
That anticipates eagerly
To expose all that I hide.
When ya gotta go badly and you dance around
Not a washroom or a bush or a pail can be found
Just let it all flow
Don't matter if it shows
Just doing what comes naturally, so what if people frown

I've got to fit in my swimsuit by the fifteenth of June
I suppose I could ask doc for a quick tummy tuck
But I'd rather the knife boiled chicken feathers pluck
Gotta find my happiness
Lost somewhere between realizing and adapting
Pierced by the blades of poor judgement
Mangled by weakness
And soiled by failed attempts at resistance to feeling
