The calendar says, 'Not a moment too soon' I've got to fit in my swimsuit by the fifteenth of June I suppose I could ask doc for a quick tummy tuck But I'd rather the knife boiled chicken feathers pluck

Hi Gershon, my doc always concerned that I am too thin..lol I see myself as a balloon? But I am more the size of a doorknob, I do know the damage weight causes on heart and muscles. I avoid sugar anything~ as cancer loves sugar. I rarely eat high card anything I was fatter 40 years ago. Good luck Good poem. Pangie

Somehow, I caught the bug again. i think it's because I walk around the house (inside) 6 times before eating and 6 times after.. It's making a difference, I see. One week and counting, so far. :) gw
