My jaw clenched,
Giving it the sharpness that makes girls swoon,
Yet my ears were blowing with steam,
She look and half smiled,
Mouth full of food,
God she had no manners,

There was that god awful noise again,
It took all I had not to walk out,
She sat there unknowingly,
Making my skin crawl off me.

There's a mosquito in my ear,

If I had a teeny tiny sword
I'd give him what for!
I whopped myself in the eye!

He's going to keep me up all night!
I put up a fight.
With nothing to show for it.
Except this mouse under my eye.

I still can’t seem to catch a breath
And the memories are suffocating me
I try to let out a loud scream
But I’m afraid I’m stuck,

In a big ass trash can being emptied at dawn.
I tried to save it guess with not enough effort.
I'm sure everyone knows how exactly this must hurt.
So many memories and pictures that I can't get back.
God awful pain similar to a heart attack.
Guess I deserve it, I knew it was eventually gonna transpire.
Probably would have felt better if I walked away, after setting everything on fire.

A little bug climbed in beside me last night
He decided to snuggle close and tight
I woke up in the morning not feeling so right
Sneezing and coughing i was a god awful sight
One minute i am cold the next i am hot
I know its more than a cold i have got
My eyes are all weepy it hurts to look at the light
I feel sicker than a dog and that really bites
I called the Doctor and the Doctor said
Take two aspirins and kick the bugs out of your bed

A small blue bundle cradled in loving arms.
At last, the most beautiful face we’d ever seen..
Then that face let out a god-awful screech….
We looked at each other..both thinking..
- Maybe this isn’t going to be so great after all!
