It will get better.
It's always getting better.
It will be better.
It's going to get better,
But it will not go faster.

Relative-Ity

Relativity says go faster
And time travel backward you master.
But no tempting your fate
Making out with a date,
Cause kissing your dad’s a disaster.
Form: Limerick

Going Home

Travelling down the highway
At twenty miles an hour,
Trying to go faster
But just don’t have the power.

I know that at this speed
I’m not getting very far,
And I’m sure I could go further
If I only had a car.

Premium Member Strange Square Dance

At first, they start slow. Then they go faster,
carefully avoiding every disaster.
It's kaleidoscopic insanity.
It's precision, well-ordered inanity.
Some of them whistle, but all of them prance
when the four-sided people go out to square dance.
Form: Couplet

Run.

Run.
Push harder.
Go faster.
Exert your maximum capacity of energy.
Feel each stride bring strength.
Each second, arriving closer to your destination.
Steps further from your troubles.
Breaking boundaries and expectations.
Leaving weakness at home.
Run.
Push harder.
Go faster.

Rainy Night

It started as just a small rain,
What u hope u may sustain,
Nothing much,
In fact, nothing can't be handled!

I continued,
On the outside,
To where i hide my head,
For each night.

Oh no!
It's getting stronger.
I started to go faster.
It's now raining cats and dogs,
Nowhere to hide,
I was only abacked!
Form: Sonnet

Clock

Clock of time thy hands go faster
Faster than the Moon and sun
Dreams and hopes with thee they linger
O thou lonesome forlorn singer
Hearts of people full of sorrow
With the funerals of the shadows
In the circle of Thy tick tick
Midst of sorrow midst of fun
Wait and linger walk and stagger

Till to graves all of them run
Form: Rhyme

Rain

oh rain oh rain
i see you here to stay again
lifting the sun to the rainbows shows

passing of the light in the drops that fall popping
a rains call

dropping down to the floor ,running to the drains call
in the streams we go faster ,faster we flow in to the seas we go
oh rain drops falling ,the heavens are calling

the night walker
Form: Verse

Night Glints

Headlights strafe the woods:
deer eyes glint.
I am deep into a conversation with myself
unspoken words drop like rocks
into pools of forgetfulness.
Those eyes in the darkness
want to show me a way out of myself,
both sides the woods are closing in
and I have to go faster
or wake up
inside the mind of a deer
looking for my ghost.

Premium Member Hello January

Hello there January
It has been quite a long time,
Year? Extraordinary!
For the most part I am fine

What a crazy past two months!
Hopped on this roller coaster
Filled with wild daredevil stunts;
Each hill I just go faster

The next time that I see you
So much will be different;
I just know I'll have good news
The future looks so brilliant!

The Name Game

I’d never have guessed the fuss behind names To the rich and famous, their claim to fame To some a status of great importance Some changed by deed poll, classed as a hindrance Mr, a title and blend of Master Mrs, feminine can one go faster Such fuss over names, fill me with laughter They’ll always be here, before and after.

Premium Member Dull Mood

Another dull Monday: I am still in Sunday mood. I yawn as long as I have sluggish settings. It will never be quick enough unless I go faster. Who knows? Perhaps that is for the best. Case I experiment with dizziness. In particular, it accepts the truth. From yet another hectic Monday.

There are not many cc’s.
However, this bike moves like the breeze.
Be sure to get your helmet on.
In a few moments, we will be gone.
We shift into first gear.
The engine shows its might
We shift into second gear.
My rider shows some fright.
We shift into third gear
It is time to hang on tight.
We go faster down the road.
We are in for a fun episode.

Dog Chase

He's catching up..
Gotta go faster,
My little legs,
My little legs,
I feel like an ice dancer,
Hopefully mom doesn't see this,
She'll start laughing,
Freddy is on my tail,
He's going to snipe me..
The bush! The bush!,
Haha, Freddy,
Your in for a twist,
He's walking away,
Thinks Im done,
Not so fast...
Over the stick and through the grass,
To prance on Freddy I go!

It Is Time To Slow Down

It is time
To slow down
Stay mindful
Watch the birds
In the meadows
Admire the flowers
In the garden
Chat with friends
In the neighborhood
Have a cup
Of hot tea
Read an amazing book
Play some relaxing music
Sing your favorite song
Go for a walk
With your loved one
Say how much you treasure
Her or him
In your life

Cherish this present moment
There is more to life
Than making it go faster

Crazy Tracks

Feelings;
 sweet,
 nice,
 illogical,
 undescribable
 My heart beats
 faster than a locomotive
 with no stop
 She doesn't need a token
 to get on this ride
 It doesn't matter though
 I can go slower
 I can go faster
 I can shine myself up
to look all nice and pretty,
but she won't get on this ride
No matter how loud my engine howls,
No matter how loud my horn screams,
she won't get on this ride.

Further

Errant thoughts are
Thunder and lightning that comes down like dust
Leaves of gold and red turn
Brown and gray
Peddle faster! Stay ahead?
Wind whipping through my consciousness...
This introspective has gone too far.
Push it to the limits of physics
And reality.
Going too fast, now.
Don't let the storm catch you
Go faster. Further
Don't falter.
Steadfast in the resolve that
Binds you to this spinning earth.

Grieve

Wash away my hopes
Wash away my dreams
But one thing you would never take away from me is the way I grieve
I work at my own pace
Don't try to make me go faster
I'm just a child which you cannot lather
like soap or like lotion
Within my soul holds alot of emotional devotion
I will still carry on
Even though my soul couldn't
But still in the back of my mind I'm thinking I shouldn't
Let me grieve, just let me grieve

Rainy Day

The mountain is covered in water,
The valley is filled with rain,
Because angel tears were sent to wash away yesterweek's pain,

And the motor wants to go faster,
But the driver must refrain,
To reach his destination at all,
For safety he must abstain

And children play in the creeks,
Despite the stern prohibitions,
Because signs mean nothing to those who can barely read,
They're as green as the grass will be

Wake Up Babe

I know you take pill
To never ever kill
Cause you kill once
And I want you to kill again this month

I want you to kill your bad soul
I want you to be always cool
Cause you always in this mood
And always in the moon

Wake up babe
You cherche to far
I love you for what you are
So stop and come to me (x2)

When you come close to me
My heart go faster then a bee
When I talk about your pain
Mean I want to be your friend

The Gas Is Gone

The gas has gone, gasp,
walk, and walk fast
the pump drips drops
and the drops don't last

what a bloody disaster,
gotta run to go faster,
hope your lungs still function
or be dead in a casket

just put one foot down
move the other one passed it
feel the nostalgia, remember it now,
before you were a fat lazy bastard

the days are so cold,
now the heating's gone too
put some clothes on
stop walking around nude

The Story In My Head Ii

I look down and I don't recognize myself
I tried to push my legs to go faster
but I guess theirs was faster than mine

Pushed to the wall of a filthy building
All I heard was ripples
I knew I've been caught

I could not register what was happening again
Grunts,painful moans of pleasure
Their hormones was saying yes, mine said no

After getting satisfied, they push and go
But I'm left to pick the pieces, but they left with one thing
and that was my pride

Kissing the Water As It Flows

kissing the water as it flows
perhaps they are my tears discovering pathways to woe
whatever it is, it is not the same without you
bewildered and disheveled, i let myself go completely
i remember when all balances were equal
i recall a time when all weights heavy were enlightened by the light
now you are but a memory i am stuck with till carpal tunnel
sinful as it is, i must admit that it does make the day go faster
being bullied by the strong, merciless wind as it blows

Horse Racing

She opened her legs then hopped up on it

She gripped it tight then sat down on it

He started to move so she began to ride it

She loved the feeling cuz she enjoyed it

She pulled out the whip to show that she was master

And when she swung it he began to go faster

She started to scream at the top of her voice

For the way he made her feel her voice got so hoarse

After a thirty minute run he started to tire

For this horse was no longer young he was ready to retire

Premium Member For a While

We are on this earth for a short while
the years go faster than we can imagine
as we age we look back on the past
say to ourselves where did time go
we get old before we realize
we look at people and say
do we look that old
maybe we just stay young
it is all in the matter of mind
we do not want to reach old age
we want to stay in shape
but time does not stand still
it comes down to the battle of will
getting past the aches and pains
in what is called... the golden years.
