Another dull Monday: I am still in Sunday mood. I yawn as long as I have sluggish settings. It will never be quick enough unless I go faster. Who knows? Perhaps that is for the best. Case I experiment with dizziness. In particular, it accepts the truth. From yet another hectic Monday.

My mood is always calm and peaceful over the weekend, and then Monday arrives. I think the "Sunday" mood is still lingering Even though Monday can be busy/crazy, overwhelming and somewhat dull, I'm able to move through those moments with ease. (Always looking at the blessings). Congratulations Lasaad, on Poem of the day. My best to you. ~ Brandy

Reminds me Lasaad of (Manic Monday) by the Bangles, a huge hit for them in the 80s, of course they had a melody, but the message is pretty damning of the Monday blues, congratulations on your own honest assessment reaching POTD status, great poem, cheers David

Reminds me of an old zen saying ‘eat when hungry, sleep when sleepy’, which sounds simple but yet unattainable for most of us, caught up in the whirlwind of external life. Congrats on POTD, SP

Sometimes a day can seem dull because our expectations or out of whack, we are expecting more than is meant to be in our lives as we age. I've days just like the poem, Lasaad. I try to think of something of beauty or of joy to lift my spirit and get back on track. Smiles and Blessings Bill

After the holidays, stepping into work is not quite welcoming. So, many have this 'Monday syndrome'. After the weekend, if you step into work with a cheerful heart, the whole week will be fine.

Mondays always seem to be sluggish and dull. But if there were no Mondays then Tuesdays would be sluggish and dull as well. So, in that aspect...thank God for Mondays (lol) I hope this week proves to be a bright one for you, Lasaad. Blessings...Charlie
