Even now my memory evokes
"Th th th thats all folks"
Porky pig stuttered this to sign off
Popped out of a drum, not his trough
It would seem , I guess, that maybe most people are just too manure for me. I mean mature for me. Nah, I got it right the first time!
what's up Braque
a Rubik's cubism
Pi-Pi-Pi... how so?

What can you say?
What must you say?
What will you say?
Say it, damn it,
then go away.
sometimes people say things when saying nothing is sufficient.
I apologize not for sleeping all day
in this home where my kids put me away
if I wanted to be awake, I would be
I hate being here said sad lonely me
The day closes with grace.
Almighty sun signs off with flamboyant artistry.
A wink and goodbye kiss.

Fanciful filigree faerie frolics
Garnishing grateful glittery gardenias
Heavenly hope heralding
Iridescent illusions imagining
joyous jumbled jubilation
I am white
you are red
you are yellow
you are black
you are brown
“suffer the little children
to come unto me”
Jesus loves the little children…

Have you ever had someone tell you you're wrong
Provide them the proof you knew all along
Simply to have them change their song
Chirping you can't hack it to ever be wrong
Did you all hear about Elmer Fudd
That Wascally Wabbit drew first blood
Bugs swordplay was as thus
Advance, parry, and thrust
Now Elmer dwells six feet in the mud
the real talkers
incessant ones without facts
become loud sometimes
never want to hear your voice
yelling fake fake news
getting it from their new god
or his new tv station
The last page of the rain's travelogue reads:
The earth's stained with your "human rights" and deeds.

you've had your day
it there's time to play
together they stand
hand to hand
rhey are a mixs band
or all corlor and race and face
LET THEM HAVE THERE SAY
get out the
YOUNG FOLF WAY
At the old folks home
Where every one
Is either deaf
Or senile,
I speak my mind quite openly.

Hoax Folks and Just Jokes
Have heard that Trump is truly a hoax,
And sure knows how to fool the folks;
Saw short paws;
A lost cause;
All that he tells are always big jokes.
Jim Horn
Porky said it best...
but now I feel just the same...
tired, weary, word worn...
well, I wish I had
the strength to stay
but my poor, sore
body's tellin' me....
time to call it a day!!!
As millions of kind folks claim peace , wicked folks usually refuse.
As they benefit billions dollars from the bloods of millions of folks.
Word "peace" seems dengerous bombs to terminate their evil businesses.

Amazing some folks don't believe in science
They say that global warming is not real
But in their quest for oil, form an alliance
Because it has the power to reveal
If you're like me, you're thinking, "What a heel!"

There's many subjects near and dear to my heart
But none so dear as blowing farts off a cart
On our way to the market
Towns folks are the targets
They're not even safe in the underground car park

whatcha do when your mom
has on speed dial a bunch
of famous folks, find
your favorite and text ‘em
funny faces and love
from you to d’em
finding the cookie jar open
gasp, your full name exhaled,
ultimate laughter and forgiveness
pepperishly lively
she brought the party
activity director
better than Vitamin B
Grumpy ones pretended not to like her
But the light in their eyes
unveiled their truth
And they were the eager ones
Watching the doorway on Tuesdays at two o’clock
That's all folks
It's been fun, but I think I'm done.
I'll probably read from time to time
but it looks like I've lost my rhyme
Almost five years,
and my inspiration has run dry.
Thanks for all of your support!

Listen to poem:
We charge our glasses with endearment—
all agreeing that this matters
to bear witness, all sharing
our loss in reflection,
a celebration
charge your glasses,
clinks all round
drink deep
ends-
up
cheers
with emptied cups
upturned and glinting skywards
Missiles and bullets and bombs
rain down from the sky
We absorb the jaded reports
how many injured, how many die
Life stumbles on, folks muddle through
most think the animals live in the zoo
