my soul gets a buzz
every time I drink the moon…
eyes sipping moonshine

inebriated
a tipsy moon gilds waters...
wobbly waves glitter

Drunken moon contest
By STAT A
**blood moon**
Waiting for night fall
The moment of love is made
The moon is bruised
~a poet destroyer collaboration~
I will never shed a tear
over someone else’s spilt beer
A drunken mistake sometimes
can lead to a clean, sober mind
*Through the fog*
Tide in a bottle
the sun of night gives me light
smoke and loneliness

Form:
Calli the drunken zombie cub
can often be found in the pub
for this is why
she's so often high
and passed out drunk in the tub!
orange ball of sky
a wondrous twirl in a dance---
moonlight rock and roll

DRUNKEN MOON
Intoxicating
Peeping from beyond the clouds
keeping my secrets
BY SHIVANEE BRIDGEMOHAN
DATE:07.03.15
Drinking all your beauty
Crazed under your influence
Intoxicating moonshine
*Not for the contest, just inspired by it.
palms and soles of feet
third eye zone and toroidal heart
entwined with spine bliss beats start
as drunken delight rapture replete
...
"Mum?"
"Yes sweetie?"
"Where'd dad go?"
"THAT FAT DRUNKEN SLUM OF A SH-TFACED BEING LEFT FOR THE F-CKING MILKKK!!!!!"
"Damn."
Form:
a bliss mist caps the Bindu zone
nodes glitter in head like starlight
poised thus we come into our own
frolicking in drunken delight
rapturous notes of your love
in the deep black sea
ripples of torment
blowing mystique evaporate
celestial music float
wind is drunken
Form:
Between heart and mind roses die
The goddess resigns,
The drunken wine.
A spiral universe collapse,
Exorcising art is a difficult task…..
Form:
Drunken are sailors
Three loose sheets in the
wind
The fourth in the wind
The vessel spick-and-
span new
Moves in a uncontrolled
way.
The Pink Super Moon
The Pink Super Moon
Casts a cold baleful glow
Over the sleeping world
Inspiring the drunken men
To howl at the Moon
At our pub, a drunken blighter
Claimed to be, "The World's Best Fighter"
His wife was a nurse
And she won the purse
For being the best back-biter!
Dr. Jekyll
smart, urbane
nurturing, dreaming, scheming
inventive, anxious, lustful, violent
carousing, raping, murdering
drunken, debauched
Mr. Hyde
room full of ashes
remnants of
poems
nauseous odour of
the drunken
night
warm salty blood
discharging on
your open
mouth
faceless orbiting
moons
Form:
A pirate I knew named Tucker
Was quite a gullible sucker
I mixed his rum with a lime
I said " It'll would taste fine"
So now, He’s a drunken old pucker
The drunken man tried to relax
But his stomach hunger for more snacks
He filled his mouth up
Then got the hiccups
And ended up in the undertakers sack
in a gray sky,
afloat Earth's big satellite,
ocean filled its light.
