Bink and Dink
Bink and Dink took a bath in the sink
And then went skating on an ice rink
Bink met a girl
Gave her a whirl
Whilst Dink became the very first fink!...

Ode To Iced Tea
I love iced tea,
Even though it goes right through me.
It's so tasty and good.
I would dink it everyday if I could.
It has to have sugar to make it sweet.
If not, it's gross like rotten meat.
Some people like to add flavor,
But my favorite is the regular.
Iced Tea is the best.
It's doesn't compare to the rest....

I am standing
In a line scene
Cuz my body
Needs its caffeine

And in front of me some dink
Orders a confusing drink
Now he’s changing ‘round his order
With our patients growing shorter

And a sword from
Someone’s pocket
Now sticks through the
Guy’s eye socket

Du du du du
Du du du du
Du du du-du du-du du-du......

An Honorable Man
My dad is a man
who is always there,
He wipes away my tears
and shows me he cares.

He is a man who
has about the biggest heart,
And an undying love
for those dear to his heart.

He says "what a Kawinkie dink"
to make me smile,
His smile shines farther
than a mile.

He has a special
place in my heart,
A place that no storm
could ever tear apart....

Darkness
wisted and warped
Hanging on a dream
Listen to me scream
As I climb the walls of insanity
My mind drifts away
Inside the chaos and confusion
It rains fire and ice
Tragedy and agony
Laced with
Fear and misery
Live inside my soul
Drowning in a flood
I swim in a sea of diaster
As darkness surrounds me
I begin to dink into
Forever!
Never to return!...

Dink (Dual Income No Kid’s) Miracle Man December 10th 2023 What influenced our thinking to live life as DINK’S? It wasn’t a thought out plan or following some craze. No thought was given, now old and alone, it stinks, Life memories are of early retirements and 401-K’s. Be mindful of your decisions you get “overs” only in the game of marbles. Tom

Stuck In the Rain
Dodging raindrops
like bullets
like sheets
glass shatters
as it downpours
on this old General Store

Tin roof tinking
in mud
feet sinking
flowers in pots
old rinky dink carts
waiting for a jump start
hiding in the car

A stranger watches from afar
the phone rings and rings
a distant bird sings
rain pelting windshields
staring at green fields
someone stops
finally
some help...

The Twinkie In Her Eye
She had just bit into her Twinkie
When she got a look from creepy guy
She gagged and a small piece flew up
and landed right smack in her eye!

He was sure she gave him a wink
Which only increased his advances
He said, "Hey baby, my name is Dink,"
"How about I show you some dances!"

She didn't like the way he looked
She'd rather die, and told him so
Then she turned around and left
He was a pretty good dancer though!...
