Dieting

This year my belly started to grow,
So my goal was lose ten pounds or so,
After no bread or ales,
I then stood on the scales -
There’s only fifteen more pounds to go.

Premium Member Dieting

To eat or not to eat
That is the question
Loosing weight nicely
Despite hungry suggestions
Ignoring my tummy’s growl
Means my figure won’t be fowl
So I’ll just write of food
Delay eating an hour or two

Premium Member Dennys Diverse Daughters

delicious delectable divinely dipped donuts
drizzled during denny’s delightful dinner
denny’s dieting daughter Denise deliberately discourages diners
devouring dipped donuts deemed disgusting

Premium Member dieting is not for me

exercise used to be my life
after a while it gave me strife
forty pounds later I am happier
if you bring sugar, make sure it’s pure

I don’t like those fake sugars at all
don’t care if I get as thick as I am tall
dieting is not something that I like to do
do not care if I reach size twenty-two

Premium Member Persnickety about our Chicken

my husband and I love chicken beasts
he likes his baked regular recipe
If I ate the coating, I would want crispy
but I am dieting, so I tear off the coating for the dogs
my children only eat chicken legs
I have a twin who eats wings
we throw them out
our family is unnaturally prejudiced about our chicken preferences

Premium Member See Food Diet

Some people moan that they are overweight Attempt dieting but can’t shift it at any rate I could have an underactive thyroid they may squawk… But in reality They suffer from an overactive knife and fork! Poem based on a quote I heard on the radio and have since found on the web by Donald Kiddick 13th April 2016

Premium Member Holiday Foods

Holiday recipes created by others
Christmas dishes decorated in festive colors
Laden with sugar and salt sweet and sour
Where is my long-gone missing will power?

Any dieting I did before I left at the moors
When families meet, my appetite soars
Fattening foods and decorated tables outdo each other
An amusement for a professional cook, my grandmother

Premium Member After Dieting

After Dieting Me, finally free I’ve untied my hands And let them explore Greedily Soft and rigid Hard and pliable Textures and smoothness, Merge Grabbing a succulent treat My fingers grip The lurid wrapper Twist I shovel the chocolate devil Through parted lips Madness consume me A.D.

My Diet

Okay, I know what you are thinking
I should not even think about it
But damn it looks so good
You know I have been on a diet
Well, I know it too
But I am really hungry
And it looks very very tempting
Maybe just this once I will scarf it down
Just do not look at me like that
After dieting for one day I think I deserve it

Egg, Nuts and Rock-Roll

Egg, Nuts and Rock & Roll

Chicken eggs are not handy when it comes to cholesterol,
Dieting is a waste of contributing, to satisfy his monster balls.
How many nuts can I crack in the palm of my hands?
Holding them one by one, until someone understands.
Rock & Roll is good for my heart disease.
Holding off on eggs and nuts is such a tease!

My Body

My body loves me
And I love it
We're working hard
To keep us fit

We try to eat right
And excersize
Hoping a healty body
Will be the prize

I love my body
And it loves me
But sometimes
We do disagree

My body says
"Forget this dieting"
I say, "No,
we gotta keep fighting"

As bodies go
You aren't so bad
Right now you're the best
I've ever had

But body dear
I must confess
I'd love you more
If you were less

Metamorphosis

Commenced
as a tiny
egg glued to foliage.
Maturing bondage in a shell
awaits

Larva.
Eating, growing,
full size caterpillar
outgrows its present confines.
Splitting

 Again.
Reattaching
itself with liquid from
its spinneret . Creating a
button.

hanging
little pupa
dieting, motionless,
metamorphosing completely
anew

Cracking,
exposing head
and thorax first. Followed
by legs and golden wings of a
Monarch.

What's Eating Me

Foundation founded on;
Superficial societal stares..
Teenagers teary truth...
Of a perfect purging prayer...

Supermodels and stars...
On a pedastal of peers...
Engorging every entree...
Appauled at how they appear...

Succulently still unsatisifed...
Baking another bite...
Indulgence is imminent...
Famine is nil a fright...

Nauseated near spent...
Dieting with no drive...
Vomiting every morsel...
This is how I feel alive....

Premium Member More Or Less

Listen to poem:
We tend to give a little more
to the little ones.
Nonetheless,
it's not a matter of
belittlement.
The lesson in lessness,
is not a matter of nothing less
nor nothing else
nor is it about starving to nothingness.
Nevertheless, it's more or less
about giving a little less in
little bits of littleness,
in meager, measly morsels,
that just suffices
and leaves one
just less than starving,
but with a little more
hunger within,
yet to be satisfied.

Premium Member Sweet Cola Lady

I once saw a video starring Lou Bega. He was singing his release titled "Sweet Like Cola". There, he danced with a pleasing plump brunette. This kind of woman is one I would like to get. Lou described her figure as a little "round". However, he said he loved every pound. Singing "stop your dieting 'cause you're so sexy". With his description, I would wholeheartedly agree. I am hoping for one long shot lucky break. This is one type of woman I would like to take.
