Dieting

This year my belly started to grow, So my goal was lose ten pounds or so, After no bread or ales, I then stood on the scales - There’s only fifteen more pounds to go.

Eating well is the best way to lose weight. Dieting when addicted to some foods is difficult. I am encouraged to gain weight? I am not thin. I went from a 16 to a 7' decades ago. You can do it, too Panagiota
