That will be the day
another Buddy Holly
in the frame of fame
delighting the connoisseur
with the truth of Rock 'n' Roll.

There once was a man from Hokkaido
but "the stories about him are greatly exaggerated"
a connoisseur he satisfied his libido
consuming anandamide uni

Let thought be sure
he is your connoisseur;
Deploy emotion as umpire
when with letters, you toast.
And words will feast
with the bread of hire
you made of them.

There once was a college sports jock,
Whose exterior was as hard as a rock.
But inside beat the heart
Of a connoisseur of fine art,
Whose colors he wore like a peacock.

So delicious, so wet, so lively,
Dripping with a intoxicating sweetness,
For I'm am like a wine connoisseur,
loving every intoxicating drop.

We are eat’n fancy today
My feller and me
Parking in spot three
Feeling happy and gay
We put our app into “intake”
And quickly check in
Waiting for our sausage and hot cake
McDonald’s, a connoisseur win!

NOT MANY PEOPLE KNOW THAT
So little evidence remains
Of Vermeer's ups+downs+pains-
Happily,his art,his epitaph
reveals all,to the attentive viewer
amateur or connoisseur !

There is my heart beat
Standing on the other side
Of the street speaking
She has captured all of the LOYALTY of
Loveliness
in this blue sphere and
Made it more, impossible to ignore.

Clem Kadidlehopper had two whoppers,
Two burgers with the works may be stoppers,
Double meat, egg, beetroot, tomato and cheese,
For a burger connoisseur this could only please,
No problem for Clem and his great big choppers.
alternate last line: Clem woofed them down with his great big choppers.

Walkers crisps should be forced to comply
With trade description legislation
And stop disappointing their customers
With their artificial flavourization
When purchasing a bag of Walkers crisps
The connoisseur would think it a mistake
If he was unable to detect the distinct flavour
Of sweaty cagoule and Kendal mint cake

I do not know?
How do you know you're a poet?
What qualifies you to have the title?
Are you a connoisseur of words?
Do you live and breathe poetry?
Do words pour out of your soul?
Are you a lover of rhymes?
So I ask you again, my friend?
How do you know you're a poet?
Because I don't have a clue.

If words inscribed by me can make him agonize,
I'll let him feel.
For I can't hurt him the way he does.
If he refuses to confine by my love,
I will not try to bewilder him by my mortal beauty,
rather let him be confined by my verse.
If still, he doesn't reciprocate,
then he is not the connoisseur
I have sought to converse.

No one wants to be left on the shelf for years
Guess you could say I’ve popped my cork
Now I’m fully mature with a rich full body
I could be described as a little fruity with a hint of spice
Please don’t keep me bottled up
Just give me time to breathe

If you're in a bar, you can always order,
many brands of beer from south of the border.
The three biggest brands any connoisseur would know,
include Corona, Dos Equis, and Modelo.
However, tariffs will make us pay mas dinero.
Yes, we will pay more for cerveza mexicana,
while we reside in the United States of America.

Would you like a little more wine?
You must agree this tastes quite fine.
This is another great product from the vine.
It is delicate with a hue of white.
It is not too sweet or dry, just right.
This wine any connoisseur will adore.
However, it cannot be bought in a store.
It certainly deserves a space on the top shelf.
Would you believe I made this wine myself?

The Sexiest Gentleman
He sits in his garden chair
Reading his morning newspaper,
Leisurely sipping his Lipton green.
He lends his greying grace
To the summer jasmines,
Oozing with his fragrance.
I connoisseur him silently,
Overwhelmed with pride.
I continue to find him
The sexiest gentleman
As I work on my poetic tryst.

I always like a wine that's good.
Let's go to the liquor store in our neighborhood.
As a connoisseur, I'm not very shrewd.
What I want all depends on my current mood.
It doesn't matter if it is a red or white.
Just one that tastes good is the one that's right.
My buddy, what kind of wine do you want to drink tonight?

Light Verse
Life as wine
Cherished sips
that make you swirl,
Scent of life
is pure as white pearls,
Brewed to the finest
in ocean of desires,
Neat and bitter as truth
takes to heavens,
Amalgamated in sin
life has a sweet taste,
The more you drink
runs faster in the veins,
Utmost crest till serene !

A connoisseur of delicious or Johnathan apples? Queried my mom.
I had never considered her a connoisseur of either, I said with aplomb.
I knew her as Apple Jenny, she was a crone with a mission to learn.
I watched over her closely as she made her warm apple butter churn.
A scholarly woman, a sage wild woman who knew her own mind.
She was empathetic, casual, down-to-earth, pleasant and kind.

Monet strayed from trees and haystacks on this canvas
kept his signature clouds and barely touching strokes
verdent grass is speckled a lot like Cezanne would do
the muted colors fairly yell Monet to the connoisseur
woman’s shadow is perfection, as is her green umbrella
lifting this admirer’s hazel eyes from top to bottom
was this lady an unrequited love or possibly his mother?
Monet was never one to tell, so no one knows
