Ludwig von Beethoven
  gave us music for roamin' and rovin'

Austrian composer Johann Strauss
  the popularity of waltzes widened
An Amadeus Mozart violin solo
  sparkles with a glass of bordeaux 

When on these composers folks take a pass
  ~ they miss out on a classical gas...

Allows the feelings which we cannot say.
Among composers,  Bach would  be my choice
The cello sings   rich lyrics  with her voice.
Rostropovich , Prague ; he wept of course.
Soviet armies  marched, the Czechs  were  flayed.
The cello has a sorrowing truthful voice;
Speaks our feelings when we cannot pray....

Yet, fire only, we spew

A blessing from the creator
A curse to the universe.
That's the reality of who we are...

Our capacity appears to be
a maximum of nine symphonies
Beethoven, Schubert, Mahler; Dvorák too
bravely tried to go beyond the ninth
before early, they all passed away.
The list; longer than those mentioned here;
composers; who never wrote to ten.
Was nine the limit of their vision?
Or, can we not comprehend a tenth?

Not the popular dance routines
But particularly those with classical themes
In an orchestral format
Familiar pieces that are known to all
By world renowned composers
A joy to behold by those fortunate few
Who just happen to be passing by at the time
Amazing how many are enthralled
By such brilliant displays
Performed by so many talented musicians
Bringing tears to the eyes of a few
Who are touched...

OCTOBER NINE 

I could not wait nine months to come out
and see the world; so I did on nine
of October, so prematurely.
A blue baby, lucky to survive.
My lucky number nine, versatile
for it can be read six upside down.
So lucky to share October nine
with John Lennon and my music Maestro.
Both composers, singers, musicians.

"MY DEATH"

when it comes for me
there won't be a sound
but I'll know it when 
it gets here because it
won't be here to take me
for the first time.
I met Death the day Eddie
and Robert were taken.
I was brought back to 
father Addis and after 
all three of my boys 
become one, Death will 
come and claim what has 
belonged to him all along.
then we will drink our
Pacifics and listen to
the classical elegance
from our favorite 
composers.
