Their dreams of uncertain truth are nothing short of dense foolishness. They seek protection under the shadow of the wind
Chase a dream until you find it never give up on you
For if you stop short of your quest you'll never get what you were due.
She envied his strength
In a heart shredding sandstorm
He envied her pain,
A fellow chaser of dreams
Turned into a desert wraith
Crackling to sizzle
Sausages, bacon and eggs, with
A coffee chaser

White powder chaser
Her eyes stare like a lost soul
Statistic is she

i'm
a drink
on the rocks
straight
no chaser
with wax in
my ears
no siren song
karioki to take me
with
strangers
in the night
Form:
We need a voice, one that will be heard,
one that speaks the truth with every word.
We need a leader, one that leads,
not a dollar chaser, full of greed.
Ayrton Senna was a bolt Racer
trying to be a daring chaser
Seeking for impossible victory...
Or Searching peaceful Eternity ?
The contents long consumed, discarded;
the packet stirred in the gentle breeze
before rising, dancing, escaping;
an ersatz yellow-red autumn leaf;
wind chaser that will live forever.
Why should I come running to you
When you’re the one who fled?
I’m not a chaser
And I’m not the chased
Yet I desire solely
To be the latter
Humor me
Lift your light feet
And hunt for my heart
Form:
Pierce lightly this pulsing wrist,
chaser of needing night replenish
allow me . . .
a farewell to eternal rest
in peace
allow me . . .
a last kiss to he
who is unmindful of this heart.
Now take me.
W arm going down
H ave to have a chaser
I ts nasty without it
S uddenly you don't need the chaser
K eeled over from one to many
e veryone is taking your keys from you now
y ou should have never taken that first shot
Running down an empty street
Her feet sore
Crying, she can't stop
Believe me, she won't
She's hurting
Because of you
Why me, she asks so silently
Why do you do this to me, she whispers in his ear
Then she disappears
Whiskey
Distilled spirit.
Potent eighty proof stuff.
I pour you out from the bottle.
Just a little bit known as a jigger.
That is just enough for a shot.
You go down so smoothly.
Where’s the chaser?
Wow-wee!
My dog is a teen drank with;
air-filled verbal diarrhea
percussion tongue and lips
staggering chaser
fierce and marking eyes
flowing river of saliva
cocked arms for attack
cowardly legs for exit
This is this dog I love so much
back then, younger summer evenings,
we ate crabs, oysters, shrimp fillings
chased and downed, my dear,
with Mexican beer,
shortcomings, but no misgivings !
the words sting on the way down
burn my throat
like tequila without a chaser
and slosh in the belly of my soul
"I don't want you anymore"
awaken the dull ache
salt the wound that never heals
but like rain on a cloudy day
it's a familiar feeling
Their wind doesn't make your climate
That's just how storms roll
Turning over mole hills and mountains
Looking for change

Indulged in cherished fantasy in awaken state,
to risk illusion or suffer unrealistic ambition.
Fanciful actions to turn into reality,
in vain hope, we climb,
we climb to the top of our dream
And in that moment we transit from a Dream Chaser to a Dream Achiever.
Form:
1: A bad dream will protrude in the new light
And the first conscious breathe will lapse,
Until the warm air of morning kills the night.
The dark images now simmer but not burn.
And the chaser and the tormentor must wait,
Until the moon composes the next nocturne.
I drank you in
Whiskey no chaser
Rough around the edges
Smooth enough to keep me wanting more
I was drunk on your smile
Kisses tipping me in to no mans land
Everything was hazy but you
I don't remember the night
I just remember your hands and
Laughter that bubbled like champagne
storm chaser
cotton clouds billow
feisty winds in frisky moods ~
thunder approaches
lightning bolts run wild
leaves flash in silver storm hues ~
driving rain thrashes
sunbeams chase the storm
summer stretches 'cross calm skies ~
storm makes quick get away

Dreams
I chase,
frustration!
Obscurities.
Disappointment looms,
your presence has no room,
it’s cluttered, hoarded regrets.
Reverie, like you, escapes grasp,
like trying to hold sand in my hands.
My dreams slipping through can never come true.

The sun is out
In full gear
What fun
What a day
Tooting its own horn
Blaring and glaring
How absolutely divine
Delightful and delirious
Playfully parading
Elated and excited
Gorgeously giddy
Joyous and jolly
The sun’s come out to play
