from
sky
a
blade
of
grass
descends
into
root
a
plot
of
dirt
and
seed
inspiration
at
the
hand
of
nature
Blade of grass
bent in half
by ball of slipping
sunlight drool
never to
recoil
genuflect immoral
internally immortal
I'm a blade of grass
My whole family crowds me
No identity
I would like to find myself
The vast world a blade of grass
Why do you stay
You cut me so deep
Your words are like weapons
Your sharpest blade
They cut so deep
Deeper then I dare go.
blade of grass is in
seven shredded pieces. one
wish scatters with the
pieces -- confetti caught up
in gravity dodging wind.
single blade of grass
damselfly is grasshopper
springs to hawk the beck

As I lay with this Blade in Hand,
I only Hope my Life will end,
With this Blade I take my Life,
With my Love you took my life.
Form:
Green grass and high rides
summer mowers ricochet
Drivers, engines on!
Stalwart warriors taste thy blade
Mother nature always wins
the polished blade glides
precisely to and fro
dusting the mulch below,
the angled wedge shapes the fall-
timber...the echoed call.
Rich Harvest
oats ripe for reaping
yield under the sharp scythe blade
sheaves of golden grain
Idyll-haiku-seasonal
a sharp two-edge blade
cuts too quick for pound of flesh-
sly parry of wit
leaves assailant floundering
for razor sharp comeback slice
a broken mirror
a bleeding fist
a silver blade against a wrist
tears falling down to lips "unkissed"
she's not the kind you come to miss
I will take October’s splendor,
though its time on earth is brief.
When fields and forests reflect her color,
in each blade and every leaf…
I will take October’s splendor,
though its time on earth is brief.
When fields and forests reflect her color,
in each blade and every leaf…
the
silver blade rivers
that
shaped
these
young pines
that
quiver
from
the
frosty mist
are
the
ageless
evergreen lines of wonder
SHE HOLDS THE PAIN, THE LIES, AND THE SORROW
WONDERING WHAT'S TO COME TOMORROW
SHE'S ALONE ONCE MORE
MIXED IN BORE
LOCKED AWAY IN DARKNESS
Form:
He was a fop, a fool, a popinjay
Man-about-town, too cute and gay
A fashion plate, a cavalier blade
His arrogance riveled an oak’s tree shade
The thundering pain
The fills my bones
Skin stretched right
A razor blade
Drags out
Never digs in
Can never quite reach
The itch within
Ode to Sling Blade
Mustard and biscuits
sleeping alone in the shed
what is family
GINSU - KNIFE EASTPORT , MAINE USA
the morning sun
whispers to every blade of grass
as they lift their heads,
all things praise the creation.
yet again God's glory shines
The cut endured
By mortal blade
The blood of life
Will ever fade
No sign of light
Eternal shade
A crimson corpse
Forever laid
Immaculate Son
Sent for division, not peace
Giving His sentence,
He is not guilty.
But as blood drips from his blade,
He cries out for life.
standing on the brink
of eternity
I put back the blade
of indecision
to read the word again
Form:
Take this blade
Press it to my skin
Trying to stay strong
Falling short everytime
Push it in
see the red
Instant relief
You can't understand
Form:
hunger stares
eyes the glistening knife blade
two halves…each whole
