BEAUTY AND UGLINESS

          Beautiful is not so pretty
for those who only see defects
         ugliness is not so horrible
      when seen attentively and willingly

In Observing a Yellow Daffodil

It almost appears to me to have a face,
and perception.
Somehow it seems to be attentively looking out,
and quietly considering within.
I am glad our paths crossed,
and I met you.

Short and Sweet

Short and sweet!
Come to me
fragrant smelling sensibly
You and me
Flying together were others would like to be
Attentively
Attracting bass based melodies
Just to be
You and me

Familiar Stranger

The more I look at you
The less I see

The more you say
The less I know

Attentively ignoring you
Missing what I used to see

Frozen emotions flow free
Erasing what used to be

A familiar stranger
That is what you have become to me

Summer Mild Night

Relax let the breeze of this mild summer night touch your skin,
Close your eyes,
Open your heart and mind
For a time! you make its long
Take deep long breath.
Open your eyes,
To look attentively at the stars in the sky
If it was cloudy, try again.

Sitting comfortably
Attentively
Without thought
Mind-body begot
As of our will
We are still

As soon as an urges begins to arise
We let it awaken but block its rise
In suspended animation
This being our meditation

For an unending duration

Premium Member God's Endless Song of Love

Attentively, listen to your heart once more, my dear friend,

Pay attention to its rhythmic beat and euphoric sound

This heavenly melody you hear is composed for us

Since God, wishes his undying love for us to expound!

Premium Member Thoughts On the Speaking Voice

So,
Speak
Kind words
With soft voice
A harpist playing
Gentle and soporific tones
Like the mother's low lullaby hummed to her baby
Notice how everyone listens attentively to understand what you are saying

sans volition
attentively noticing
the rising and subsiding
of thoughts and sensations
within this body-mind apparatus
void-centric awareness remains still
poised in an equipoise continuum
as the screen of consciousness
alive in the field of singularity
imbibing and assimilating
offerings of earth life

I watched attentively as each fold was creased so carefully and precisely, and then tested with great care to exact the chosen form. It was made worthy of long, sustained flight to compete with the other boys, whose fathers also taught them the basics of aerodynamics from the kitchen table.

Being Human

Building trust and connection is
every person's desire and will,
irrespective of one's personality,
needs, or history. It is our calling to
grow together in harmony.

Humanity's destiny depends on
unity that we express within our
midst, without prejudice. We
attentively gaze upon the stars,
navigating the maps in our souls...

Dead Man Tells No Tale

17-05-2017

They say dead man tells no tale but I say he does
He's like an artist who picks up the mike
And sings any song he like
He's six feet under but his voice
Tells a tale he's written
Just listen attentively to what he says sadness and rapture
Reflects all over his picture
Because dead man does tell tales if chance given

Strings of Solitude

After centuries of practice,
she is still condemned to the shadows of the attic
were she has perfected her craft
to make the violin gently sing her tale of solitude from the dark
The owls listen attentively to her beautiful melodies all through the night
And wonder for whom she plays for, with a smile on her face till the morning light

Premium Member Till Morning Comes

The sun has set,

The day wears her evening gown as the

Flickering stars begin dancing in the sky,

Night's mesmerizing song is heard

And

Our hearts, attentively, listen to every note

Nature's harp produces

While

Our lips, join in sacred silence

For

To worship love till morning

Comes!

Premium Member The Dance of Jealously

Beware, do not learn the dance
of jealousy, do not chance
being fatally impaled
with the tip of your own lance.

Jealousy is such a liar,
meant to set your heart on fire;
it will steal your sweet lover,
put you knee-deep into mire.

Please listen attentively to me,
jealousy is never meant to be
the definer of romantic bliss;
dance the dance of purest love, I plead.

Premium Member Hall of Mirrors

Consciousness looking at its reflection
by making the object as the subject
parallel mirrors in contemplation
who is who, in hypnotic trance forgets
until the self enters meditation

Quietened attention, all thoughts suspect
poised attentively, thus in cessation
layer by layer, delusion ferrets
truth of oneness, sudden recognition
whereupon hermit gets to the summit

Premium Member Attentively

Allow what is complex to unravel
it may repair what was left crumpled;
Imagine the power of romantic ideas;

Just one kiss could instigate ideas;
Pain dissipates and will deftly unravel
giving flight to hope that crumpled;

A cautious repair to what was crumpled
be patient listen to those shy ideas;
Allow a sensitive soul to slowly unravel;

Attentively unravel those crumpled ideas.

Diamonds

Vibration
Inside me.
I stop the flow
And pay attention.
The pull of recognition
And explosion!
A thought has entered my Being.
Let it be…
Am I the same as a second ago?
Have I changed with the change?
Softly, gently, attentively
I am pretending to be as solid as a mist of a thought,
Maybe then
It will pass through the web of my Soul
And remain on it
As the sparkling diamonds of dew?
