Premium Member Artistic Aardvark Named Clark

An artistic aardvark
living in a forest dark
very quickly did embark
upon a quest on an ark
Noah gave him name of Clark.

Rebuilding Noah's Ark

hammers are swinging
saws are buzzing
the carpenter ants
shall gather
the nails while
volunteering their time
in rebuilding Noah's Ark

The Ark At Pittsburgh

Shiloh
a long time ago
biblical and
the battle of
Shiloh
not so long ago
just goes to show
what men can do
when they
have a mind to.

From God Noah received a great plan
Build an Ark stay on dry land
people stared and squawked
some came and laughed
Until flood sailed it like a can

They Couldn'T Sit Down

They couldn't sit down 'till they got it out of town.

To send it back was nice,
But who'd have bet the odds,
They'd send it back with mice,
And golden emerods.

Premium Member Noah's Ark

Noah loaded great beasts on an ark
and cleaned messes from morning til dark

But a man's gotta eat,
so he feasted on meat

and at least he had less to dis-bark!

Noah's Ark

Two by two
side by side,
clinging to each other
one a male
the other a female
the lion and the lioness
they move on
onto Noah's ark
for what the future
was about to unfold

Premium Member It rained throughout the trip

Lousy cruise is finally over.
We didn't visit a single freakin' island.
Should have gone Peak Season.

Premium Member Ark Of The Devouts

Ark sailing on water surface
Bigger, larger than Titanic's face
All aboard are devouts of race
Racing for the holy shroud of ace

Ace of holiness and grace
Sent with Almighty's trace
Symbol of faith, not craze
Ark of the faithful of maze

Animals, .... Animals,
                         Near Noah's Ark!

Which One's That Moo,
                     And Which One's That Bark?!

Animal's Animals,
                  Short And Tall;

Noah's Ark, Noah's Ark,
                   God, Saved Us, .... All!

Premium Member Fleas On Noah's Ark

Two fleas are jumpig
Onboard of Noah’s Ark
For warm nest looking.

Two fleas are dreaming
Onboard of Noah’s Ark
A warm nest enjoying.

Two fleas are arriving
Onboard of Noah’s Ark
At Ararat’s mountain.

Their trip is ending
Onboard of Noah’s Ark
And starts a novel jumping

Premium Member Build Your Ark

In the ascendancy, authoritarians
    their regimes, totalitarian
Their world a joyless place to be
so take a page from history

Like Noah did, build your ark
a shelter in which you'll park
to ride out the era's stormy seas
'til dawns a new day's breeze

Ark!Ark!Ark!

I wish i was a wee doggy.

A quick fix!a run on the grass.

come on ya lucky bitches!out the ark!
welcomed as wenches,bark!bark!bark!
The folk leaders are good at frightening.
some are like sheep in real wolfs clothing.
The only thing they seem to lack!

Ark of My Covenant

Glistening from wing to wing feathers light as the snow flake that falls from the sky each one different then the next unique at a glance a stance of beauty a prance of a dance which last forever dwindle the warmth you all deliver each time the clouds form is breath taking
a harps song will describe how you perceive thyself

I Captained the Ship I Called My Own ~ark of Storm~

Ark of storm
A ship i called my own
A pride anew was born
I sail to a place i call home

I alone captained the ship
Through every destination and voyage
Make way for this mighty ark
Make way for a Royale anchorage

This ark of a thousand man
Within our territory we defend
With a sword in our hands
We fight till the very end...

Sermon on the Ark

(Dedicated to Sniffers.)

We are All animals, humans too
every One of us, me and you

God breathed life into Adam and Eve,
into each creature. Atoms unperceived

The animal kingdom is the Kingdom of God:
A harmony without heirarchy, below and above

All dogs go to heaven because all of us do,
every Soul returns to the Creator anew

Premium Member Need of Noah's Ark

In felled forest wasteland the green grace turns bland
Gases we emit fill up the greenhouse beyond the limit
Global warming projection some say is science fiction
Land in sub-zero freezer, paradox of extreme weather
Mean temperature tracks climbing curve as a creeper
Sea rises above mark, we need to re-build Noah’s ark.

The Valley of Moral Decay

Deluge of valleys into lakes and seas
caused chaos as Noah and sons observe
man, plants and animals losing their ease.
God whose truth and justice struck a raw nerve,
when the mighty flood took its nasty curve.
The pagans who had laughed at Noah’s ark
met their death in dodging God’s clear benchmark.
Sovereign God offered mercy’s gangway
as builders preached clearly how to embark
grace in the Valley of Moral Decay.

Premium Member Museless Mutterings

My mind is on red training wheels
Muse is gone and I’ve got a thrill
In writing about shouting daffodils
Moving around never staying still

Lost in thought a fun place to be
With original parts wonderful dreams
The art of heavy hearts creating
The next Noah’s ark in valley green

And they’d say you’re manic and mad
Why build an ark in valley green grass
They’d pick and jest with jubilant laugh
But time will tell and dispel peach path
