morning coffee delayed by an hour
we view as fortunate this earth life test
it lets us check if our mood has gone sour
such are adversities we overcome in light jest
Brightly architectured
Beauty aptly adorned
Brisk, swift, and lightning-like
Benign little beings
Bearing adversities
Blending peace and accord
Bring happiness to all.
A dragon
is a person of powerful valorous spirit

Like a rose
Rejoicing in the giving
Of its fragrance
Wanting nothing in return,
Human spirit
Unconquerable
Rebounding from
Mans severest cruelty,
For the courageous
The worst adversities
Provide the most
Fertile soil
For the achievement
Of excellence
Of mind and character.
we have a life
but perhaps it’s not the way we want it to be
we can make changes in our life.
making those changes is best
before life changes us.
we live and learn with changes
establish morals and virtues
intuition becomes fundamental
to shift in our path before life stalls
with adversities that won’t change
Today I’m thankful for perspective…
because when it comes to the adversities in life
how we will get through them
depends quite a lot…
on how we choose to view them…
For instance…when I’ve been sick or sad
and someones asks me…
how I might be feeling…
instead of saying I am sick…or sad
I tell them …I am healing

The dale to my my chip……
The captain of my ship…..
you saturate sincerity.....
All those days of adversities…..
You saw me through a microscope…..
And your smile produced a colorful image of a kaleidoscope…..
I adore you with all my heart…..
All because of that……

Lacking the strength to fight,
Ready to surrender to life,
Society’s flaws had me surrounded.
While being stabbed by all directions,
Desperation delivers the strength,
The power to conquer adversities.
Battling for happiness with a strong sword,
Winning the war against the brutal enemy,
Finally realizing that heaven can wait.
like the rock for the centipede
or the shell for the hermit
take refuge under the moon
as the world goes quiet.
with silence like a serpent
taking shelter from the wet ground
anchor in gratitude

Miracles lift a sullen mind and spirits touch the doors of the doleful heart
tears of the rain subside and rays of the sun surely enlighten the soul of desperation
longing for departure of adversities, restoration of wellbeing will commenced
hope has its power and will earmark it’s cornerstones to create blessings
upon which prayers can exceed hopelessness and become a pillar
On looking into the mirror, I saw
a thousand bits of myself;
a woman who like Janus, with twin faces~
one looking backward to the past, to learn
the other forward, to hope and plan.
Saw a warrior, brave and indomitable~
fighting adversities and hardships
not because she is unbreakable
but because she knows so well
that the sun will rise after every sunset.
Quickly, sword in hand, he dashes to the battlefield,
Undaunted by booming cannons aimed right at him,
Inured to adversities far greater than his tiny shield,
Xpecting to wage his lonely fight, though not to win.
Only his soul knows what he really and truly wants,
To be a worthy foe or just an annoying mosquito?
