Universal love
Like a rose
Rejoicing in the giving
Of its fragrance
Wanting nothing in return,
Human spirit
Unconquerable
Rebounding from
Mans severest cruelty,
For the courageous
The worst adversities
Provide the most
Fertile soil
For the achievement
Of excellence
Of mind and character.
