Late March
It’s depressing
Dirty snow and windy
A scrap of paper tatters by
And wrinkles itself around a tree trunk
The sky is overcast    but still

It's a mindless, ever-migrating force, that will and can never stop...
It's an abstract reality with no defined bottom, sides, or top...
The older I get, I am more aware of it's ominous presence...
