Sassing Poems | Examples

Premium Member another abcedarian for fun

all automatic alligators arrive arrogantly
barely behave beautifully but brazenly
carousing with creepy cruddy crocodiles
desperately denying despicable wiles
effectively expediting expediency
forever forsaking fruit flies who flee
glaring at grazing gritty grouses
hijacking horrific herbivore’s handy houses
igniting ingenious iguanas in I-o-Way
jubilantly joining jerky jaguars along the way
kibitzing kinesthetic killers from Zion
lollygagging like lively luxurious mountain lions
marvelously marking multitude of mini monkeys
notoriously noting nefarious nodules of displease
ostentatiously opening overt outages in Oregon
providing panda putrid prey Paul just spit on
quarrelsome quicksand quail
rapidly reading registered mail
saying sassing sentences swiftly
turning terrific tarantulas toenails thickly
utilizing underwater undercurrents down under
verifying valid villans' voluptuous plunder
with wild willingness and witchy wonder
‘xacting ‘xactly ‘xtreme ‘xestentialism supreme
yelling youngster’s yips on front of the queen
zinging zealous zealots into zebras galore
end of this abcedarian poem, there is no more.

Premium Member Why is she so Annoying

Don’t sing so loudly! Jimmy told his little sister.
Don’t tell me what to do! She said, sassing him a bit.
She always wanted attention, it was what she did.
Her voice was loud and proud, higher than his too.

Why is she so annoying? He asked his mother.
His mother said, “Someday she will be your best friend.”
He did not believe her, but guess what?
Their mother left the earth, and they became best friends.

Singing as loudly and proudly as they wanted.
She was still louder than Jimmy
But he was proud of her now
And loved her loudness!

Premium Member Hail Mary

I used to think this was Angel Gabriel's style of saying-- Hey! :)
But I learned it's because royalty is often addressed that way!
Think of the song in the intro of Sleeping Beauty, to lil Aurora
She was hailed! Then gifted by Fauna, Merryweather, & Flora.

The phrase is noticeable online with Queen Elizabeth's passing
And when said with reverence, it is not in the least bit sassing
How blessed it must feel, for a lady, to have Hail lovingly said!
Blessed among women was Mary, whom the Holy Spirit wed. :)

An Ode, Verses Born From A Friendly Dare

To write an ode, to a spirited gal
One that no dream even dares to surpass
To a ravishing beauty my good pal
As a gift to celebrate her sharp sass.

Nay, such enchanting a task tis overdue.
Dare I, to one in dreams only, I knew.

Rather I, jot down verses that soft sing
Of her beauty, she a most lively lass
And the radiance her glow often brings
Her elegant voice, words said never crass.

Nay, such enchanting task tis overdue.
Dare I, to one in dreams only, I knew.

When dawn's fantastic smile her eyes so shines
I dare, boast of kisses given in mass
Creative words and such heart I opine
Chance for another kiss, I dare not pass.

Nay, such enchanting a task tis overdue.
Dare I, to one in dreams only, I knew.

Ode,
( On a dare, muse, pen and paper summoned up this )

Premium Member Entertainment Committee of One

She gripes, grumbles and grouses.
We smile, smirk and sneak glances at each other.
Thrilled she comes to every family reunion.
Loudly and proudly grimacing and griping.
My uncles love to rile her up, arguing and sassing her.
She is my favorite participant by far.
Things never get lively until she arrives.
Giving us someone to use as a reference.
I imagine when she dies we will all go to her funeral
Sharing innumerable stories
giving her buckets of praise
for making these tedious reunions tolerable.
Entertainment committee of one.

Always Everlasting

Bright New Dawn

What I want to be saying in passing
God's love is always everlasting;
My best behavior am now on
Whole day beginning at dawn;
Never anyone should be sassing.

Jim Horn

I Begged the Night To Stay

Sassing the night
As it took flight.
"Too soon!" I cried,
Yet it did not linger,
Drifting into dawn,
Soon you were gone...
The dream ended!

Boredom

Tremendously boring
sassing groups of nerdy whores
and burning roads behind our backs
make us hide our highest scores

Worries, worries, never ending
Probably a brein in fear of time
Come pray my fiend and stay with me
I'll spend a tray of bread and wine

Tumble, tumble, hit the ground
with your ideas high in the sky
Whisper, whisper, not a sound
Hush, since the entire shy walk by

And all the stories just move on
as if an end could never be
And all the stories just move on
And in the end its only me
